I can’t thank these guys enough. I came in before closing having an extremely stressful day where nothing was going right. Not only did they help me quickly but they made sure I was okay to drive. This type of kindness is so hard to come by these days and I cannot thank them enough for their compassion. It was needed badly today.

I went to jiffy Lube at 927 Middle Country Rd, Saint James, NY on 06/8/2026. Terrance, the manager at that location assisted me and answered every question I had. Terrance differentiates himself from a typical employee. He was welcoming, personable, and very respectful. Jiffy lube is lucky to have him. I recommend this location with its high quality customer service experience.
