Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 5 LOWES DRIVE, Saratoga Springs, NY, 12866

I got a NYS Inspection today. So fast! Such a good job. And extremely affordable. Friendly attendants.

Jiffy Lube in Wilton is the bestest!

Young man at reception ( green hair) was very professional and accommodating

Super fast service getting vehicle inspection and oil change. Process was great

First time visiting and i dont normally leave reviews but today I felt the need. You have an awesome employee named jasmine who went above and beyond she got my velichle right in. Serviced it herself and then cashed me out as well. Not often you see such dedication and commitment in today's work industry. Will definitely be back! Thanks for the awesome service !

Excellent service and communication. The best!

Thank you to the nice young lady Jasmine who checked us in and checked out. She made the process super easy . Also thank you to the guys for getting us in and out quickly.

Courteous and timely. Great job!!

Great! Fast and efficient.

Clean shop and awesome staff! As a cross-country driver, I rarely see customer service this accommodating. Thank you for taking care of my oil change just 5 minutes before closing time. Really appreciate you guys!

Very courteous and prompt

Excellent customer service the person who greeted us and cashed us out i believe her name was jasmin Was very knowledgeable and friendly. The person who called me in to discuss prices was also great he was an older gentleman. I was in and out in under an hour with a oil change, inspection and fresh filter. Will definitely be back!

I walked in and they completed my NYS inspection in 10 minutes! Many service centers make it difficult to do these because they donMt make any money on them.

Vary polite , and quick service

I always go to this particular shop because of the knowledge, friendliness, and expertise of the staff, especially Preston Deloria. very knowledgeable, helpful, and insightful and professional, always goes out of his way to make the customers feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. I live in Glens Falls, but I would rather go to this location because of the attention every tech gives all of their customers. Great job, guys

Great Service!! I did not have an appointment and they did my Inspection ! Thank you!
