I recently stopped in for an oil change, and I have to say the experience was excellent. I believe the technician who helped me was named Josh or Joey—a younger gentleman with curly hair. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, courteous, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, never made me feel pressured, and made the entire visit quick and stress-free. What stood out to me the most was how much the overall atmosphere at this Jiffy Lube has improved. The professionalism of the staff is noticeably different from what I remember. The team seemed organized, respectful, and focused on providing great customer service. It’s refreshing to see such a positive change. If this experience is representative of the direction this location is headed, they’re doing an outstanding job. I’ll definitely be returning for future service.
