I had my Chevy Equinox serviced at Jiffy Lube yesterday for an oil change, and Malaik did an amazing job! He was very professional, friendly, and made sure everything was taken care of. I was worried I might be late for an appointment afterward, but they got me in and out so quickly that I actually made it with time to spare. I really appreciate the great service and will definitely be coming back for future maintenance, as well as bringing my future vehicles here. Keep up the great work, Malaik and the Jiffy Lube crew! I had an amazing experience at Jiffy Lube in Selden earlier today with my Honda Accord . Malaik provided excellent service from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. The service was quick and smooth, and I really appreciated how attentive and helpful he was throughout the entire process. Great customer service definitely makes a difference, and Malaik did an amazing job. I’ll definitely be returning to this location!

I recently stopped in for an oil change, and I have to say the experience was excellent. I believe the technician who helped me was named Josh or Joey—a younger gentleman with curly hair. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, courteous, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. He took the time to explain everything clearly, never made me feel pressured, and made the entire visit quick and stress-free. What stood out to me the most was how much the overall atmosphere at this Jiffy Lube has improved. The professionalism of the staff is noticeably different from what I remember. The team seemed organized, respectful, and focused on providing great customer service. It’s refreshing to see such a positive change. If this experience is representative of the direction this location is headed, they’re doing an outstanding job. I’ll definitely be returning for future service.
