Used to visit the Jiffy Lubes in Smithtown and Commack. Didn’t have the best experiences, can’t say they were the worst either… but after visiting the Selden location recently I can say with certainty I will never go to any location but this one. Darhyl and Kaylee were great. They took their time and didn’t pressure me into anything. They made sure I knew what I needed and didn’t and also let me know if I could go a little longer without changing something being honest, and let me know I can always come back in when I had the extra money to take care of things. I will be returning soon I do a lot of driving and would like to handle some of the things they recommended. They also took the time to show me things they checked even if it didn’t need to be replaced, which made me feel confident my.car was in good hands knowing they checked and still wanted to inform me whether it was good or bad. Everyone there was polite and professional. I last went to Commack but I will be continuing to return to Selden from this point forward. Thank you Selden and Darhyl Kaylee and everyone else there! (Side note … with all of the jiffy lubes I’ve been to they were the only ones to ever inform me of the top off policy which is amazing! So thank you!)

Helped remove a stipped skid plate bolt caused by another Jiffy Lube location. They were kind and helpful!

Boyfriend took my car in for an oil change yesterday. He ended up getting a tire rotation, brand new wiper blades and the cabin air filter replaced. I wanted to leave a review in case he didn’t based on how he told me the experience was. The entire team was very thorough but fast, checked over everything and talked him through everything from what he said based on prices, specials, and anything the car may or may not need. Kaylee was great from start to finish explaining things, making sure she showed him the conditions of things checked and giving honest recommendations on if they needed to be replaced or not. She also let him know the wiper blades weren’t the best and offered him a buy one get one free to get me brand new wipers. The team inspected the brakes as well during the rotation and Fern, the General Manager, was very knowledgeable and professional and went over what was needed with him for the brakes and also provided us with a free estimate to get the brakes done (at a great cost not to mention). Will absolutely return and recommend 10/10, and if he hasn’t scheduled the brakes yet, I’d like to have them done there. They were very friendly, kind and professional. Thank you Kaylee, Fern and everyone else who worked on the car for us. Selden Jiffy Lube will definitely be our number 1 location. Thank you!

The service here was great. Kaylee explained everything super thoroughly. Before she did anything she came to me and explained anything I needed to know. She walked through pricing and service before performing it to see if I was ok with it. I would 100% go back and recommend my friends and family.

Fast and friendly. Went for an inspection which failed but I was able to buy the bulb and they replaced it for me while I waited. I definitely recommend this location.
