I went there to get an inspection done. It was the weekend, and I was told that state inspections start on either Monday or Tuesday at 9am. I arrived around 9:10 on Tuesday and was told I'd have a 2hour wait because it's first come first serve. There was a little confusion on which car was there for what reason, but eventually the vehicle ahead of me didn't want to wait anymore so I was seen after only a 45 minute wait. The service people were very nice and polite, and did their jobs wonderfully, however I think there might be a better way to remember and explain to customers what the game plan is. Regardless, I got my service by very polite and professional people.

Oil change Prompt and efficient

Had to wait a bit longer than usual due to something going on in the shop but did receive 10 bucks off the bill at the end, needed full synthetic which they had for 99 before tax. Nice people with good attitude, over all good experience.

I went to the Taft Rd/N.Syracuse center, and they are so nice and efficient. Carlos got my car in quickly and in no time my oil change was done, air added to the tires, fluids checked/filled, and even did a diagnostic test to see why my check engine light came on the other day. I definitely recommend :)

i’ve been here so many times for break replacements, new tires, and regular maintenance appointments and every single time, the staff is super friendly and helpful. completely reasonable prices and they’re always willing to try and offer some sort of coupon or discount. specifically, Carlos is awesome. always friendly, on top of everything, communicative, and helpful. totally recommend!

I have been going to this Taft Rd location for a few years now. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. They have done everything from brakes to tires to wipers. No matter what service is needed, they always make sure everything is done professionally and always give suggestions to prevent any future issues. Always a great experience.

Went today to get an oil change - was in and out having everything done - guys working were great - sorry but didn’t get the one that greeted me name but he has helped me before and is great - the whole team that worked on my car are excellent Feel welcomed and like I have known them forget !!!!!!!
