Awesome service

This location is centrally located and recieves rushes at various times of day. Ive seem the team here handle an overbearing influx accompanied by impatient patrons. Their was one employee that stood the test of time and coached the other staff on how to navigate the circumstances. I had to ask his name and assure the team I'd leave a review and continue to recommend this location. McKy was instrumental in leadership and the team seemed to receive the direction well. My personal , families, and my companies vehicles will continue to be serviced here.

I had such a great experience with Mcky and his team at Jiffy Lube! From the moment I walked in, they were professional, friendly, and extremely efficient. Mcky made sure everything was explained clearly and didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need, which I really appreciated. The team worked quickly but thoroughly, and I felt confident that my car was in good hands. The customer service was top-tier — respectful, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It’s hard to find auto service that feels this honest and smooth. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Mcky and his team to family and friends. Visited this place for the first time on 9/5/25. Arrived promptly at 8am. The place was open and there was one person on staff ready to work (another employee arrived about 30 mins later). I got a synthetic oil change and NYS inspection. Everything took about an hour. Employees were nice, explained everything well, and super professional. I was looking for an alternative to going to the Lexus dealership for routine service and I think I’ve found it. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend
