I went in for a NY State Inspection. Dan the Shop manager was very friendly and upfront about what my vehicle needed. He was able to give me a discount on air filters. He let me know I needed new rear breaks, the old ones were the originals, 6 years old. I will be going back for anything else other services.

Friendly, attentive staff! They got us in right away. Clean building, nice waiting room. I highly recommend!!

Jiffy Lube in Webster, NY is a great place to have your oil changed. This is my first time and they beat my expectations with great customer service and did the work quickly yet in a high quality manner.

Just stopped in to have the air checked in my tires and was given prompt service. Spoke with Paul who brought my attention to the back brakes (which I knew needed replacing) and discussed their process. Very impressed.

Best place to go for an oil change. Never pushing you to get more done. Great advice on tires & more. Friendly, honest service. Coffee and water just add to the service. Always clean as well.

Spectacular team at the Webster Jiffy Lube! AJ took care of my routine oil change and also also went above and beyond by helping me out and educating me on some other maintenance tasks that had gone unchecked for some time and could have led to bigger issues down the road. The team was thorough and transparent every step of the way and I'll gladly be coming back for the next check up!

Tire patch, unscheduled

The Webster location is always friendly and accommodating. The staff are very knowledgeable and does high quality work. My tire was leaking and they were able to fit me in right away, figure out where the leak is coming from and patch it in a timely manner. They were kind enough not to charge me! I highly recommend this location, they are my go-to auto shop!

I have to say a big thank you to all of the guys at Jackson rd Jiffy lube in Webster you guys went above and beyond for me today to get the oil change done for me in my rental car, I truly appreciate it. Highly recommend you guys! I can’t rate the time it took or the price I paid because it was paid for by rental place who was supposed to have a voucher placed for the oil change but it wasn’t there so they had to call around to try and get it approved finally their district manager happen to come in and made a call and got it done. So the lengthy time it took was out of their control.

NYS inspection and oil changed needed. The team kept me updated on the status of my car and never tried to upsell me. The recommended items were discussed and rationale provided in terms that I could understand (I am not a car person). I would tell everyone I know to use this Jiffy Lube location

This location was absolutely incredible! Not only did they immediately take my vehicle in to do the inspection, the one employee Paul he was such a huge help to me. At not cost Paul helped me mount my new gps monitor to the windshield, he looked up and sent me the link to the exact part I needed to replace my cracked dashboard, and he found the part for only 50$ on eBay, and showed me how I can replace it myself even! This is the kind of exceptional customer service and going that extra mile that makes all the difference between locations of the same company! Thank you again Paul!
