Been there 4 times now. Same staff!! Good customer service skills. They are fast and efficient. They took my car in at 5:00 PM for an oil change and a radiator flus and refill - and they were done in 45 minutes. My go-to place if I am not using the Lexus dealership itself.

As soon as I arrived, I was greeted by the employee, Grease, who showed me where to pull the car up, to leave the keys in the car, and wait in the waiting area, which was clean & cool. When I pulled the car up, the other employee also greeted me with a smile and kindness and walked me to the waiting area. Grease explained the packages and answered all my questions. The service was fast and effective, and I was walked to my car. Will most definitely be back, and I already recommended this Jiffy Lube location and will continue to. Customer service was exceptional!!!!

Came today for an inspection and oil change Michael was 10/10! It’s usually difficult to go anywhere as a women for your car without the fear of being taken advantage of and overcharged, but Mike was so kind! He explained how everything worked and why I needed some items. I recommend everyone that can to come here, but specifically ask for Mike. Great guy! I am so thankful!
