I needed a tire plugged I picked up a nail or a screw. They took me right in fixed it and did it with a smile I’d went somewhere previously and they were closing and said they didn’t have enough time but really they did it only took about 25 minutes to do the plug in the tire and I was at the other place in plenty of time before they close at 4 o’clock so they could’ve fixed it, but I will not be going there with my business anymore for my tires when I need them. I will remember you all

Unlike the past places I’ve had that dont fasten air filter covers, loose oil fill cap, lose and not replace valve stem caps on wheels. My Juffylube team is thorough, organized and synchronous efforts. Clear and precise communications between each other and to me. Always a smooth operation. Very pleased.

I had issues with my radiator system leaking. They diagnosed it quickly and communicated with me thoroughly on the issues. The initial price for what needed to be done was a lot, so I asked if anything could be done. Brooks was so knowledgeable and helpful. He changed what they would do to fix the issue while also cutting $200 off. Then he realized another thing he could do and it took it down even more. It cut my total cost from $900 to just over $400. He and the blonde lady who was working with him (forgive me for not knowing your name) were very kind and helpful and personable. It’s a franchise business but I felt like I was at a smaller shop where the people working knew me and wanted to get me the best option possible. They fixed the issue promptly and took good care of me. I will definitely be returning here for any issues in the future.
