Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 1365 State Route 125, Amelia, OH, 45102

The workers were so friendly and courteous

Got another oil change done by Jiffy! In and out and great service!

Quick service for an oil change. Clean

Staff was helpful and friendly, they gave good advice. I had come from a dealership auto service that recommended multiple services for the car and the staff here explained why some of what was recommended was not needed at this time. They tested my fluids and showed me results. They completed the necessary work with reasonable prices.

Cabin filter really needed changed they found that one

One of the best customer experiences I've had in years. The oil change was quick, and the checking of my brakes was professional and well explained. Brooks did a great job! I'll be back.

The employees at Jiffy Lube did a great job today with my oil change. Went the extra mile to explain a few questions I had about my car.

Car technicians where very nice and did a really good job on the service of my truck. It was quick and easy. Here's the biggest kicker, affordable with great service.

I had a great experience at the Amelia location of Jiffy Lube. I pulled straight in for my oil change and had service immediately. I’m used to just going to a mechanic and waiting in a lobby so this experience was new to me. Nancy was kind a courteous and walked me through the process without making me feel dumb. Nolan and Zack worked on my car quickly and efficiently. I was in and out of there faster than my mechanic gets my oil change completed! The price was steeper than I’m used to paying but for the time I saved, it was worth it.

Always friendly and excellent oil changes!

They are wonderful here.

All the guys were very knowledgeable, efficient, and did fantastic

I needed a tire plugged I picked up a nail or a screw. They took me right in fixed it and did it with a smile I’d went somewhere previously and they were closing and said they didn’t have enough time but really they did it only took about 25 minutes to do the plug in the tire and I was at the other place in plenty of time before they close at 4 o’clock so they could’ve fixed it, but I will not be going there with my business anymore for my tires when I need them. I will remember you all

Good service

Perfect customer service from Francesca. Attention to detail. Prompt service.

Unlike the past places I’ve had that dont fasten air filter covers, loose oil fill cap, lose and not replace valve stem caps on wheels. My Juffylube team is thorough, organized and synchronous efforts. Clear and precise communications between each other and to me. Always a smooth operation. Very pleased.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff!!

Very nice and helpful staff! The process there was super easy and hardly took any time at all. I would definitely recommend this place to others
