Team was very friendly and quick

Stopped at Jiffy Lube in Avon. Katherine, Carlos, Nicholas and Curtis did a wonderful job. The customer service was wonderful and got a great price for my 2010 Ford Escape. I will definitely be back.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was right before I left!

I opted to stay in my car during the oil change. It was pretty amazing how thorough yet fast the service was. The technician was extremely careful taking everything apart. They did a more thorough job than the last dealership that serviced the car. They also didn't try to upsell me.

Great service! DJ was especially helpful. I came for an oil change on my car and had my kids with me. They made sure I was in and out very quickly. Also, they didn't try to upsell me on anything. This will definitely be our new go-to place for oil changes!

Took my Toyota here for oil change, love the quick service and at this location a woman answered and quoted me ?? nice to work with a woman as a woman. Men were very helpful as well and the team looks like they work well together. Everyone was very helpful.

I had a wonderful experience. Tired and nervous as I was on a cross country road trip with a huge van and a woman driving alone with limited car education this store and their fantastic team of young people took great care of me!
