A great big THANK YOu to Ken and his team! My daughter is away from home for the first time and going to UC. A small issue came up with her car this morning. I'm not located in Ohio and has never been to a Jiffy Lube before so i didn't know who to contact. The Jiffy Lube on Cooper was the second place I called. I spoke to Ken who was very reassuring. (He has kids and grandkids so he understood my worry.) I told my daughter to go there after class and they fixed her right up. Any type of repair shop can be intimidating for anyone but especially to a kid who's on their own for the first time and away from home. Ken made her feel comfortable and welcome and she had a very positive experience. This was a great experience for her and I am so glad I contacted them! Much appreciation to Jiffy Lube for looking out for my daughter!

Fast and easy - always!

Technicians got to my car quickly. They let me know exactly what it needed. I and out in 15 minutes. A great crew.

Probably was in there less than 15 mins. Didn't feel pressured to get more than the oil change I came in there for. Showed me all my options and got me in and out. Great team all the time. The only place I go to get my oil changed.
