Exceptional Service EVERY Time!

They were very fast which I really appreciated. Everyone was quite friendly and knew what they needed to do. They offered many optional services but no high pressure. I'll be going back!

Little things that make the difference. The sticker in my window, they were willing to change it too 5 thousand miles because I asked. As long as it's reasonable, I will not go anywhere else.

I was short on time and had not only an oil change needed but I was losing air in a tire. They got me out of there in 30 min and plugged a nail hole AND checked the other three tires as well. I’ll definitely be back.

Amazing service by the staff here. Went in this morning and they changed the oil, rotated the tires and replaced the cabin air filter efficiently and professionally. Great stuff.

I've been here several times over the past few years for oil changes and always had positive experience. They are very courteous, professional, and fast, but never rushed. Got two tires today after having a flat tire that could not be repaired (3" gash across the tread from a razor blade!). This location has very well-kept and comfortable waiting area with a clean restroom (too many companies underestimate what a difference this makes). When install was going to be delayed a bit (needed to go get a tire), they gave me a discount on my next oil change, even offered to go get a coffee for me (they have cold water bottles available already)! Second mile service for your customers is rare and costs so very little. Wish more people/places would get this. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Jiffy Lube did a great job making sure I knew exactly what I was getting when I had my transmission fluid changed today. They even double check to make sure that I wasn’t having any major issues with my transmission that might be affected.

I used to go to Jiffy Lube all the time in Wisconsin. I'm super excited there is one so close now. Amazing service!
