Jiffy Lube is fast and thorough. They follow a checklist and communicate with each other throughout the process. I have used their services for several years without incident.

I used to write training programs for quick-lube stores and Jiffy Lube could be a model for how to do it right. Remarkable, professional and courteous staff.

Amazing service by the staff here. Went in this morning and they changed the oil, rotated the tires and replaced the cabin air filter efficiently and professionally. Great stuff.

I've been here several times over the past few years for oil changes and always had positive experience. They are very courteous, professional, and fast, but never rushed. Got two tires today after having a flat tire that could not be repaired (3" gash across the tread from a razor blade!). This location has very well-kept and comfortable waiting area with a clean restroom (too many companies underestimate what a difference this makes). When install was going to be delayed a bit (needed to go get a tire), they gave me a discount on my next oil change, even offered to go get a coffee for me (they have cold water bottles available already)! Second mile service for your customers is rare and costs so very little. Wish more people/places would get this. Would give 6 stars if I could.

It was such a pleasant experience to be there at the end of the appointment when everything was thoroughly shown and explained in detail. Jiffy Lube did a great job making sure I knew exactly what I was getting when I had my transmission fluid changed today. They even double check to make sure that I wasn’t having any major issues with my transmission that might be affected.

Truthfully exceptional service! I went this Sunday after church for an oil change told them exactly what I needed everyone was so polite, respectful and professional. They fully checked everything let me know what other things my car needed but they weren’t pushy about getting it done there or right that minute. The service tech even made sure that I got the best deal checking that I had coupons applied. 10/10 experience and I would ?? recommend! Amazing team and amazing experience!
