Super fast, came here after leaving another place that was having me wait at least 30min. Oil change and tire rotation done in approx 20min.

Exceptional customer service!

I took in my 69 chevelle for an oil change, I used to do it myself but I no longer can crawl underneath. Womp womp. Jiffy, didn't have a filter on hand, they got one, they went out of their way to take care of me

I had a great experience at the Centerville Jiffy Lube. I went to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Upon further inspection my car needed more done. Kirk showed me what was going on and the guys were able to fix it that day. I really appreciate how thorough they were!

Top tier customer service. Carter and Kirk were both rockstars who went above and beyond. A competitor didn’t out a hubcap back on after they changed my brakes last year… Carter here called around to find me one! Seriously the best. Have my business for good

Oil change tire rotation were completed. Very friendly crew there and quick, efficient work. They also had a good sense of humor, which I appreciated.

Got my oil change and a new battery, and the customer service was great. Everyone was friendly, quick to help, and made the whole thing really simple. They kept me updated, didn’t make it feel like a hassle, and the prices were totally reasonable. Super quick, smooth visit from start to finish.

Even though we expect for the company to find something wrong with our vehicle; consequently, when the technician gave me the estimate of what it would cost to fix the issue, I compared the pricing to getting the work done myself or getting it done by a dealership they were cheaper.

Stopped in today for an oil change at the Centerville location off of South Main and had an excellent experience. Carter and his crew were incredibly personable and professional. They actually had the specific type of oil we needed in stock, which has been very difficult to find lately! Carter did a great job of keeping us informed throughout the process, and most importantly, we didn’t feel pressured into buying extra services or parts we didn't need. I highly recommend this location. Great job to Carter and the rest of the team!

Wonderful team of professionals. Had my brakes serviced and the price was very competitive. The manager was courteous, attentive and professional. The technicians were working confidently in their wheelhouse. Centerville is a well-oiled machine. Keep up the great work!

I come here about 4 times in last year. This time it was to get caught up on services that I’d assumed incorrectly that the dealer ship would have taken care of. The staff is ALWAYS helpful, it’s clean, fast and they use the correct products which is discussed beforehand. This is super convenient.

I almost always go to this Jiffy Lube. Needed to match 2 tires I got 6 months ago. They saw my front brake pads were showing signs of being done at 60,000 miles.

I've been in Florida the past couple months and return to find the location we usually go to had closed so we went to Centerville. Kirk took very good care of us and it was a pleasant experience.

Extremely professional calling back and forth to service techs to verify all steps were completed. Very friendly and courteous and answered all questions. Will use them again and recommend them.

I stopped by to get an oil change. I got the oil change. I left. Everything that I expected to happen, happened. The employees all treated me like a valued customer and I appreciated that.

These guys were amazing. Kirk and Nick took great care of me replacing my brakes. They took the time to show me and explain why the repair was needed. The next morning, Kirk called to follow up just to make sure all was well and ask if there was anything else he could help with. Highly recommended!

My car engine was making a noise, and the engine light blinked a couple of times. I dropped it off, and I spoke with the mechanic. He was thorough and explained everything. Everyone I spoke with was courteous and helpful, I was back on the road! Thank you!

Great place. Its where I do my routine maintenance schedule. The team goes an extra mile. They give professional advice in a genuine and friendly way.

Service was quick and clean. They don’t try to upsell me a bunch of other services which is nice too.

Kirk and staff went above and beyond by explaining all inspection points thoroughly. I've never experienced a review of the inspection quite as helpful before.
