Gabe and Russell assisted me today! Quick, friendly and professional service. I like that Gabe explained what they were doing. Besides topping off my oil, Gabe changed my right rear brake light! It took 2 bulbs and I think they were expensive! But they are changed now!

Assa and Gabriel were great. i came in near closing time and they took the time to give the best service. not only oil change but changed out turn signal bulb and headlight bulb.

I was visiting from my out of state Jiffy Lube on a work trip. The staff was courteous and thorough in explaining what I had done (and why my local shop probably didn't need to do what they did), as well as directed me to a dealership where I could get the work done, since Ohio doesn't even require emissions inspection like Pennsylvania does, so a typical shop may not even be able to help with my specific issue. While I was there, they also topped my vehicle's fluids off as a courtesy as I get other work done there. They did the best they could possibly do, and went above and beyond to get me the help I needed elsewhere before I drove 600 miles home in a potentially unsafe vehicle.

We took our Kia to Jiffy Lube on field ertel rd. There I met a man named Sean he is an amazing mechanic honest very thorough. It is very hard to find an honest mechanic and one that don't want to break your Bank. We had a problem with it overheating it all started in Tennessee and my car was taken to a Jiffy Lube there and they changed the thermostat everything was fine for a couple weeks and then all of a sudden it started overheating again and it had only been driven a couple times. So that's why we picked Jiffy Lube to go back to because we weren't sure if we maybe had a bad thermostat Etc. The outcome was a slight crack in the radiator and the fan was not kicking on. He showed us the old parts very thorough he was just all around amazing and we have had trouble for years trying to find an honest mechanic and we have now finally found one. So if you're looking for an honest good hard-working mechanic I suggest you go to Jiffy Lube and ask for Sean. I forever will be a customer thank you Jiffy Lube
