I was in and out.

Kirt went above and beyond to fix a loose body part on my daughter’s car. We are very thankful for his kindness and eagerness to help.

The guys at jiffy lube were really friendly and helpful. It was quick and took about 15 minutes for them to change the oil in my car.

Not too bad on price, the guys were working hard and had great customer service. I usually never let anyone work on my cars, but the weather was bad today in Cincy 12/13/25. I was impressed thank you

My brakes had been replaced 3 weeks ago. Im driving a 1.5 hr commute several times a week to a city (Cincy) I know little about. During the latest drive my brakes began to grind, smell and lock up, mind you they were brand new. I called JiffyLube first thing the next morning. They had me come as soon as possible. They got my car in, took it apart, identified the issues. They brought me out to show me the problems and the parts that should have been replaced in the first place.They quickly ordered my parts, had them there in no time and put me safely back on the road within a few hours.. They activated the warranties on the first new parts from other mechanic and I only had to pay for the 2 newest parts. All the guys were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. When I do finally relocate here they will have my business. Thank you so much for keeping me safe on the road!
