I love stopping here for those little inconveniences with my car. This morning my back break light went out. I stopped by and in less than 8 minutes and less than $20, I was safely back on the road!! Grant and his team are absolutely amazing!!

Grant does a great job

I have been going to the E Main St location for nearly all of my 30 years in this area and I think this visit really represents the company values. Grant has a great crew, they talk to each other, work with each other and are fun to listen to and talk with while I sit in my car. I had no wait, drove right in, my van was due for its first tranny flush and Grant let me know the time needed as well as the price. I was reminded of the Top Off policy ( which i take advantage of as needed ) and I was on my way. I will definitely return to get my wipers replaced or have them check my fluid levels.

Kevin was very friendly, no pressure with buying other items that I needed. I definitely will be back for my next oil change.

I always come to this location for my oil changes and other quick services I need. Everyone is always nice and willing to educate me (without trying to sell to me) on what my car needs & how often. They are good at honoring coupons and automatically adding ones you didn’t know!

When I needed an oil change. I go to the 3191 E., Main Street location. Only one time did I go to another Jiffy Lube location.

Very cooperative

The guy was in his shop communicated very well. They let me know of some of the issues that was going on with the car gave me the opportunity to pay for it or bring the car back a big plus as they open a car door for me to get out.

Great experience and very fast!

Excellent service. I got there just before closing and they still took me. They changed my oil and a bulb.... Told me I had wiring issues with it, which I wasn't aware of, and didn't go overboard with extras. And even though it was closing, the mechanics were friendly making me want to come back for repeat business.

I stopped into Jiffy Lube having a pretty rough day — the kind of day where everything seems to be going wrong and you finally accept that it’s time to replace all your brake pads. Not exactly a fun errand. But Drew and his team completely turned my day around. They were incredibly friendly, positive, and just genuinely nice to be around. What really impressed me was how hard they worked to get everything done the same day. They had to track down parts from three different locations, and Drew promised they’d have my car finished that day — and they kept that promise. They stayed late and truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. I walked out of there feeling so much better than when I arrived, which is not always the case when you’re paying for car repairs. Huge thank you to Drew and the entire team at Jiffy Lube. Exceptional service and great people.
