Got an oil change grant took great care of us and explained everything, he told me about there new top off policy I will for sure be using this location again. 100% recommend

When I needed an oil change. I go to the 3191 E., Main Street location. Only one time did I go to another Jiffy Lube location.

Very cooperative

The guy was in his shop communicated very well. They let me know of some of the issues that was going on with the car gave me the opportunity to pay for it or bring the car back a big plus as they open a car door for me to get out.

Excellent service. I got there just before closing and they still took me. They changed my oil and a bulb.... Told me I had wiring issues with it, which I wasn't aware of, and didn't go overboard with extras. And even though it was closing, the mechanics were friendly making me want to come back for repeat business.

I stopped into Jiffy Lube having a pretty rough day — the kind of day where everything seems to be going wrong and you finally accept that it’s time to replace all your brake pads. Not exactly a fun errand. But Drew and his team completely turned my day around. They were incredibly friendly, positive, and just genuinely nice to be around. What really impressed me was how hard they worked to get everything done the same day. They had to track down parts from three different locations, and Drew promised they’d have my car finished that day — and they kept that promise. They stayed late and truly went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of. I walked out of there feeling so much better than when I arrived, which is not always the case when you’re paying for car repairs. Huge thank you to Drew and the entire team at Jiffy Lube. Exceptional service and great people.
