Grant and his team was very thoughtful by providing me with water as I sat in my car. They were very professional and did a very good job on my oil change.

First time bringing my Honda Odyssey in for an oil change, they were up front and honest with me when I asked questions ?? no long wait, very friendly worth the price:) Thank you fellas. Will be back when needed.

I gave four stars because of the prices other than that the store is a great store. Manager was great.He Showed me some stuff that I needed to get done and gave me the location where I can get it done at they’re definitely there to help the customer and not all about money and trying to sell things this particular store on Main Street in Whitehall area is the best Jiffy Lube to go to

Oil, Lube & coolant flush before embarking on our cross-trek back to California. Friendly staff, quick and friendly service! Interestingly more expensive than our Jiffy Lube in California but wasn’t going to dispute. Even with our $25 discount! Oil / filter change with radiator flush with new coolant, $385 bucks! With coupon!

Never had been to Jiffy Lube before but I am returning to this location. Staff were courteous, friendly, efficient and safety conscious. Found on internet they could replace a serpentine’ belt Today! And they did within a few hours even with the other customers. Exceptional!!!

Came in for a battery and oil change. They also found my serpentine belt cracked, so so glad that they found that before it was catastrophic. Technicians were all friendly and professional. Lobby was clean and fridge well stocked with water.

I called in and spoke with the Manager. I met him! I can’t remember his name unfortunately but he was a little heavier set and had a beard. Super nice guy! He took his time and answered all my questions and ensured that my vehicle service history was up to date! He was nice enough to offer me a discount coupon without me looking on-line for it. This helped a great deal as finances haven’t been the best with a recent surgery and being off work. I highly recommend him and this location! Will definitely be back!

My experience was so great. I was desperate: my car wasn’t running well, with three high-mileage trips looming. Decided to give this Jiffy a try. They were attentive, respectful, efficient and effective. They are a strong team. I will be back!

Grant and all the guys were very nice and helpful. I live on a gravel road, so my back window was filthy and they cleaned it for me without me asking. ??

Grant and the very professional, welcoming, and kind gentlemen that worked on my car did an excellent job in a very timely fashion. I went with a Groupon and they set me up with all the necessary fixes my car needed at a very fair price with future top offs and tires inflation guaranteed until the next oil change. I cannot recommend this location enough. I found my go to stop next time I need my car serviced. Excellent job gentlemen. You rock.
