This place is a neighborhood gem. I stopped in for an oil change this morning. They are super friendly, knowledgeable and do not do any hard sells. Jack suggested a few services that my vehicle could use in the future. I do have an older car and do drive far distances occasionally. He printed off a complete breakdown of these services for me so I could reference it in the future. Very helpful as I really don’t keep track of that stuff. The oil change was fast. I didn’t have to get out of my car. I highly recommend this place for your oil changes , or any minor vehicle services really. No appointment needed. They Are fast, friendly and fair priced.

I took my Lexus in for an oil change, full synthetic and very good customer service. The gentlemen, let me know what needed to be done now, and what could be done later, very thorough. Knowledgeable made my experience good and made me want to come back to that location again and they're fast and get you in and out. I highly recommend this Jiffy lube.

I just went there for the first time today to try and buy oil but was told they dont sel it but they pulled me through the garage and filled up my oil, wiped down my windshield, and filled up my tires in 5 minutes for free. I didnt catch the guys name that did it but extremely friendly and super nice. If you need a oil change in columbus go here for sure.

came here for the first time today and it was AWESOME. quick, professional, comfortable. Alexis helped me and she was very patient and very sweet. their entire crew (kid with brown hair and glasses did my tires) was polite patient and helpful. I think the manager helped do my oil change and even helped me find a coupon! best oil change experience ever. hands down.
