Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 515 GEORGESVILLE RD, COLUMBUS, OH, 43228-2420

Just like always the service was top notch.

Great service! Great guys, hard working!!! Went in for a simple oil change—they noticed that my headlight was out, also offered to rotate my tires for a discounted price, and changed some filters that needed changed. Look online for a coupon, they usually have some available. Also love going here bc they let you stay in the car if you want or wait in the waiting room. 10/10 would recommend!! :)

Love this location. They are so kind and professional, no sleazy behavior at all. I felt safe and respected and this has been true for several visits. They truly have great staff and they always take the best care of us.

Excellent service very friendly

Customer service was great

Everything was good. I’ll let marques j. know what I could pay. He showed me when he needed to be done. I’ll let him know what I could do. He took off the stuff that you know I could wait a little bit on and I appreciate it. He gave me $25 off and I appreciated that I was there probably an hour not bad at all.

My goodness very well mannered and professional place you will be satisfied I’m sure of it.

Had quality oil change. Definitely recommend this place to anyone

My service tech was excellent. He pointed out some other things needing done on my car that I am having my brother take care of.

They were very professional and incredibly fast! They told me of a couple of issues and I got a new Jiffy Lube duck for my Jeep! Thank you!!

Great and professional service

Fast and friendly

Ive been to many quick oil change places but this location and company has by far been the very best! The staff was friendly and informative. They were all very knowledgeable as well. I appreciated their ability to get the job done quickly but to also make sure I knew more about my vehicle. I went here due to a groupon I had gotten and im sure glad I did. They have earned my business hands down!

This is my 2nd time using them. Highly recommend. Everyone there is extremely professional, helpful, and cordial. I was in and out within 10 mins. Really appreciate the customer service

Everyone was so nice and attentive. I came in for front and rear brakes and an oil change. The price was reasonable.

Great Service and nice lobby

Phenomenal service! Best Jiffy Lube location in Columbus.

Great job!

The people are nice and they appear to be well-trained. My issue is with the speed and urgency that I witnessed when they became busy.
