My engine light was on and needed a quick oil change. I was apprehensive because reviews were only 2 1/2 stars. But the two gentleman at this location were very helpful and friendly. First time I was able to stay in the car to get service done also.

????? I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today for my oil change! I was assisted by Matthew and Zach, and they both did an excellent job. Matthew was very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable about my vehicle. He took the time to explain things, answer my questions, and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. Zach appeared to be training Matthew, but he was also very professional, approachable, and knowledgeable. He was there whenever Matthew needed guidance, and together they worked seamlessly as a team. What I appreciated most was how informative they both were throughout the entire visit. They kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and had me in and out in no time. Great customer service is hard to come by these days, and these two definitely delivered. Thank you, Matthew and Zach, for making what could have been a routine oil change such a pleasant experience!

Great team, knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. Unfortunately, I forgot the names of the gentleman with blonde hair and the other technician with short black hair, but both were outstanding. They completed my oil change and inspection quickly, and they also helped me identify a coolant leak I had been dealing with. I really appreciate the excellent service and attention to detail.

OMG! My hood wouldn’t shut completely, so this guy at Jiffy Lube took the time to try and fix it for me, when he could he put on zip ties to make sure my hood would come up while driving! He was Awesome! Greatly appreciated!

Dorian took care of me today. I really wasn't expecting to pay the price I was quoted for a full synthetic oil change. ( the same price as when I owned my hybrid) But, Dorian spoke to the manager and got the price to a more manageable amount, especially since I'm traveling out of state next week and needed this done ASAP. Thanks guys!!
