Wow- took my neighbors car to Jiffy Lube and I was very impressed. I have done my own oil changes for years on my cars but they were totally amazing ! Very impressed to say the least. Great customer service and checked everything for my older neighbors. I may even stop doing my own oil changes!A++

I don’t ever leave Google reviews (only have left 2 in my life), but had to for this place. Been here twice with mine and my wife’s cars. I have to say they have wonderful customer service in all ways! They are so, so, so nice and it feels genuine. I think they actually love their job lol..They’ll also fulfill any request regarding maintenance if it’s in their power without hesitation. Not to mention, they work with intention and FAST! The price is a bit on the higher side, but it makes sense because they are basically giving you an included diagnostic of your vehicle which alone could cost $40-80 depending where you go. They’ll complimentarily fill your tires, wipe down your windshield, give you a bottle of water, and give you quotes on anything that needs repair. They’ll even scan your vehicle for codes if you don’t have one on you then upon request. Don’t forget to look for coupons too as Jiffy Lube is constantly throwing out those depending on the location. They’ll ask you if you have any usually. 10/10 cannot recommend enough!

I’ve been going here whenever I need an oil change. I can get in quickly, and they are some of the nicest group of guys ever. They aren’t pushy, and they are all very polite. They do a really good job every time. I think I’ve been here three times so far, and each time the quality of service has been great.

Was at this location for an oil change. Staff was extremely courteous. I was worried about how long it would take. But they got me in and out within maybe 15 minutes. We will likely become a repeat customer.

I recently stopped by this Jiffy Lube for a car inspection, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service. From the moment I pulled up, the experience was seamless and professional. Highlights of my visit: • Professional Staff: The team here is fantastic. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. It’s clear they are very knowledgeable; they handled the inspection efficiently and were able to answer all my technical questions with ease. • Cleanliness: You don’t always expect a service center to be spotless, but this facility was very clean. The waiting area and the bays were well-maintained, which definitely inspires confidence in how they handle your vehicle. • Efficiency: They got me in and out quickly without sacrificing thoroughness.

Quick. Checked filters and fluids. Not pushy to sell anything. Oil change without any sales pressure.

Best service I've ever had.

This was my second visit for service at the Mason Jiffy Lube location with my GMC Terrain. Fortunately for me, when I arrived for an oil change the location was not busy. The gentlemen as always welcomed me with a positive and professional attitude. Ben was kind enough to offer me a cold bottle of water while his team began working on my vehicle. While waiting I witnessed great collaboration amongst the team. Each with specific roles carried out intentionally. Nate not only changed out my rear passenger brake light bulb, he noticed that the unit housing the bulb might need replaced as it was retaining water likely from the recent record setting rains. I took his advice and ordered a new replacement housing while getting the vehicle worked on. This crew reminded me of a visit earlier in the day to Chic-fil-A. The two experiences of excellent customer service reminded me of why I have loved wilorking in retail for over 30 years. Simple acts of courtesy and professionalism can make a person's day. Solid 5 Stars to Ben, Nate and Team. I will be back and the word is out about this Jiffy Lube Location All The Best!

This was my first time at this new location. As someone who has worked in retail my whole I pay attention to customer service where ever I go. So I knew I just had to tell everyone what a great experience I had at Jiffy Lube in Mason Ohio. When I pulled up I immediately got in to the bay, no wait. The young man was extremely pleasant that waited on me. The oil change was quick and the manager I believe even came over to check on me and the service and offered me a water. What a nice added bonus. THEN I even got to meet the district manager who also wanted to know how the service was. I also saw that all of the workers and the managers seemed to be having a good time and it was just very nice to see that. So great job Jiffy lube. I will come there from now on! Thank you again!

Employees were extremely kind, knowledgeable and helpful! Everyone I spoke to was great. I needed an oil change…I was given $20.00 off for being a new customer, which was quite helpful. I didn’t realize how expensive it is/was to get an oil change . I think it was too high a price to pay. Other than this I had excellent service - I know employees are not responsible for the pricing. If I can find good coupons, I will be back.
