I had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube in Ardmore this week. I was driving to Oklahoma City from Dallas when my car alerted me that my oil level was critically low and needed attention immediately. Thankfully, I was right near an exit and pulled into this location. The team jumped in right away, topped off my oil quickly, and went above and beyond by checking my tire pressure and refilling my windshield washer fluid without me even having to ask. They were incredibly kind, efficient, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel completely manageable. I was back on the road in about 10 to 15 minutes and so grateful for how responsive and professional they were. Truly excellent customer service. Highly recommend this location if you ever need quick, reliable help on the road!

Today I had amazing experiences at Jiffy Lube. Billy Lloyd, Justin Flowers and Landon H were so supportive as I was heading to attend a family emergency. I was crying and upset, and they expressed compassion for my situation. While they serviced my vehicle for the out of state trip, they gave me a private office with wifi so that I could contact family and conduct business. Everything was so clean and there was even complimentary gourmet coffee and cold water. They literally took care of EVERYTHING for me so all I had to do was to get safely to my family. They are genuinely awesome individuals with huge hearts. I will go back again when I'm in the area--I can't thank them enough!!!!!! Sincerely, Miss Jackson~
