Chris, the Manager, is absolutely AMAZING! I drive past several other locations just to bring my car to the JL in Bixby. Honestly, it is so rare to find businesses that have a manager like Chris. Not only is he super positive and friendly to everybody, but he clearly has a team that respects him and often times he’s jumping on cars alongside his team just to make sure everything is done right. He is what makes this business so highly rated and successful!

I took my car in yesterday for an oil change for the first time and was happy with the service and friendliness of the staff and workers. The leader of the store took me out and showed me what they had done plus they washed my windows and vacuumed. Price was compatible with other shops I have used. I will be back!!!

The service was great, the manager on duty is always great. The only reason it’s not 5stats is because of the welcome. There was only 1 car in front of me and the person that greeted me said we are backed up and it may be a while. Almost as though he was hoping I would go away?

This location has provided quick oil changes and good customer service over several visits.
