My wife and I were in the beginning of our move across the country and we ran into an issue and needed to get my wifes cars oil changed asap. We took the car to Jiffy Lube since it was the closest shop. Immediately we were presented with professionalism and courtesy. We explained our situation and they told us what pur options were and they were willing to help us. The entire time they explained everything in great detial to my wife and helped her understand why they were recommending other services. The bays and surrounding area was extremely clean and organzied and it was what I would expect from a shop. Unfortunately you don't see that standard at many shops im the area anymore. Thank you to the Jiffy Lube team that saved us from a possible disaster and we will absolutely be a customer next time we come through the area.

This was my first time to use the Jiffy Lube Oil Change in Chickasha, Okla. I have to say, it will not be my last time. The service was outstanding. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone was so helpful and answered all my questions.

Great service, great explanation of needs

Lindsay was informative, knowledgable, and friendly. She worked together with Ben. I did the platinum oil change on my wife's car and replaced the cabin airfilter for just under $150.

Tyler and all the staff did an awesome job. Tyler went above and beyond to make sure he had the right parts. Everyone was very friendly.

The entire staff was super friendly and service oriented! They explained everything they were doing and talked me through the options available for my car. They were also very quick. I was done within 30 minutes and I was second in line to get oil changed. Very very happy with my experience and I’ll be back for my next oil change.

Unfortunately I didn't get anyone's name but the mechanics and manager were outstanding. They were so respectful and professional. My car was fixed quickly. I would definitely recommend and will trust them with any future issues. i am a widow raising grandsons so I am thankful they were there when I needed them.

Ben and his crew were great! Had travelled from Wisconsin to Oklahoma for spring break trip. Arrived at the jiffy lube almost out of oil and in rough shape, but these guys took great care of us. Super friendly staff, and really show they care about their customers. 10/10 service
