I had the pleasure of working with Izak and Caitlyn today. They were fast friendly and efficient. They took the time to check all of my concerns. The best part is they didn’t try to convince me that I needed a new kravenlator to pad the bill.

First question by the worker was "Are the keys inside the vehicle?" I said "yes, the car is on." I dint enjoy explaining the obvious. Other than that they gave us that golden oil and did it in a jiffy.

It wasn't cheap but it was quick.

I work between 3 states during the year but always choose jiffy lube whenever I need service since they have my records on file. I stopped on a Saturday afternoon for an oil change, they reminded me about my brakes, quoted me less than other places I've checked, and had the entire service completed and me on my way in 90 minutes. Considering rotors and pads were replaced and it was a Saturday, I was impressed. I plan on going to the Edmond location for my major milestone services from now on.

I was visiting from Florida when my oil change popped up. Came here, they took care of keeping me in compliance with my warranty and a heck of a lot cheaper than the dealership. Plus, I was in and out in maybe 20 minutes. Every time I have done an oil change at the Hyundai dealership, I cooled my heels for no less than 3 hours. Jiffy Lube, you are my go to from now on. Hoping to be moving to OKC by January. See you then!

Had a problem with my tail lights coming on (fuse problem in my case) and had been to two different Autozone stores trying to diagnose the issue. The guys at Jiffy Lube took a look at it, figured out the problem, and even found a fuse to take care of the issue even though they don't stock fuses or even get asked for that kind of work very often. Above and beyond!

The people at Jiffy Lube in Edmond, are respectful to the customers and their property. I will be a continuing customer.
