First time at this Idabel location - great service, friendly, quick and easy.

Great place and fast service

The guys here in Idabel were great. Another place in Oklahoma City put to much oil in my car yesterday when I got my oil changed. I drove over 4 hours to go a funeral and my car was throwing oil everywhere, I was worried about getting my family backed hour and the guys here went over and beyond not only to solve the problem but also wanted me to come back and get it rechecked so me and my family can make it back home safely. Best customer service I have ever experienced.

It was my first oil change and they took good care of me they explained in good detail on what they were going to do and pointed out some leaks I didn’t know about and told me ways to fix those they helped me a lot and I’m so glad I chose to go to them for it

They were so nice and got my oil change done quickly at the Idabel location. They showed me my filter and let me know I don't need to change it right now and I can wait at least until my next oil change or longer. Thank you for the friendly service!!

The price for my oil change came with free wipers and fluid check with refill. The service team was extremely nice, polite, friendly and helpful with my questions. Will return for my next oil change and possibly for some of their other services.

After working a long 24 hours an emt, I came to Jiffy Lube in Idabel for a quick oil change that my vehicle needed. Kenny and his staff were professional and quickly got me set to continue with my day. The knowledge that they were able to provide about my vehicle’s needs gave me relief in knowing that I was going to be taken care of.

Got my oil done today fast , Kenny did great with helping me get in and out and also for cheaper then expected, go see them in Idabel !

Super quick and chaotic in the best way possible, everyone worked so well together and checked over everything they could, ( side note, best commentary ever??)

They were fast and friendly. Their waiting area was clean. They also had complimentary coffee and water for the customer while they wait.

Very friendly and did a great job

The team at Jiffy Lube in Idabel was an absolute pleasure to work with. They serviced my car efficiently and professionally while remaining friendly and personable throughout the entire visit. I also needed my windshield wiper nozzles replaced, and even though I brought the parts with me, they were happy to take care of that as well. The staff truly went above and beyond my expectations and made the experience surprisingly enjoyable. I will definitely continue using Jiffy Lube for all of my car care needs!
