Outstanding service at Jiffy Lube on Alameda!! I highly recommend them for a fast oil change but they were great to do a much needed brake job!! Very impressed with all the work they did for us!!

Ever since I pulled in that took great care of both me and the car! Gotta love Mr OU and his hospitality as well, not to mention the student discounts the run. Overall a great experience!

I called 15 minutes to close to see if they could do an oil change for my car and they said yes. I arrived 5 minutes until close and they still did the oil change. Anthony greeted me as I arrived and was super kind and helpful. Great customer service!

Mister OU works at this location now and he keeps the vibes so alive here! The staff here are so kind and the owner Adam is very nice and personable as Mister OU was as well. 5 stars!

Antonio and Anthony are awesome. All of them are! They cracked jokes took care of my car completely gave me an awesome price on my oil change and even changed out my tire for me with the spare from my trunk for free. They checked all my tires checked my brakes and gave me updates on everything my car needed. Atmosphere was fun but peaceful and all I had to do was kick back in the lounge and wait. If you want great people great service with an awesome price go here!

I had a great experience here- very quick with friendly staff!

I found coupons online for a significant discount on an oil change using synthetic oils. This site honored the coupons and completed the work quickly. A major plus for me was that they didn’t try to sell me additional products or services.

The location was clean.Service was professional. Sat down, had a cup of coffee by the time I was done. My vehicle was ready.I'd recommend this place fully .

Great and patient care for the car

I arrived late in the day, the crew was able to get me in for my oil change. I was very happy with the service, all the workers were polite & professional. I would definitely recommend if you need an oil change this is the place to go.

The Guys at Jiffy Lube in Norman on 12th and Alameda are very nice and knowledgeable. I've been getting just oil changes for about a year and a half now. I found out during one of those oil checks recently that they can do maintenance as well. They are very up front about what you need and the price range it is. They never talk down to me as a woman not knowing everything about my vehicle either, and that means a lot to me. I will be bringing my vehicle and my family's vehicles back no doubt at all from now on. Great job and A big thank you!!
