Excellent team at Jiffy Lube in Norman. They provided a thorough vehicle inspection and were honest about the results. I appreciated that they took the time to educate me on their maintenance process rather than just pushing services. If you need a reliable oil change or preventative maintenance in Norman, OK, I 10/10 recommend this place.

First time here and they took $30 off just because. They are nice, and helpful and even vacuumed my car for me without any extra charge or asking. This place has great service and nice workers I would recommend.

Jim was absolutely incredible, I finally found a mechanic that does his job !! I always ask for the mechanics at any other shop to check everything out snd let me know , Jim was able to locate 4,000$ worth of things I needed. To be honest with you , I knew I had it coming , even after all the other mechanics told me my f450 was fine and that “ if ain’t leaking oil, it’s out “ type of service .. I was able to get FINANCED for 1200$ and ended up spending 1400$ - and VERY satisfied all around !! Every mechanic was prepared for the tasks at hand and was pleasant to speak with and watch work through the windows , everyone was diligently working to get my truck fixed and out of the bay , and by golly the bloody did it with style in my opinion I seriously am never going anywhere else , hands down BEST service in the OKC METRO nobody is better - NOBODY !! so thankful for the crew and Jim for taking care of my business truck , I feel blessed and safe back on the road - IN A TIMELY MANNER I have waited weeks for NOTHING and spent money on things that weren’t needed , but not here Jim walked me through everything , step by step and got my approval or decline- seriously , I feel like I had such a great day even though I waited for hours unexpectedly at the mechanic shop for it to be fixed , the whole time I felt like I was a champion of the situation and blessed to have gotten a loan on the work needing done - WOW I’m so happy , so freaking happy with this place I’m gonna shout it about it from the DAW GAWN ROOF TOPS !! Wooohhoooooooooooooo !!!!!

Never had a bad experience regarding their service and its got great scenery. Not sure if these men have to pass a level of attractiveness test, but they are all pretty easy on the eyes, js. I may need to start coming here for happy hour or swap this place for facebook dating. Not sure its kegal ti have this many attractive men under one roof and them be "mechanics". Waiting fir the flyer fir the all male review to be posted on the lightpost on the corner soon.??

This Jiffy Lube location is hands-down my go-to spot for oil changes. The staff is always friendly, professional, and personable every time I come in. They NEVER push unnecessary services, NEVER hassle me or try to upsell themselves—it just says a lot and I really appreciate it. It definitely helps me with trust issues from other places. One of my favorite parts is their sweet dog, Poncho, that usually greets customers—I honestly miss him when he’s not there! It just adds to the welcoming, down-to-earth atmosphere. You can tell the team genuinely cares about their customers. I purposely go out of my way to get services at this specific location. The whole experience is quick, easy, and stress-free. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for honest service and great people that treat you well!

I want to give a HUGE thank you to Ty. My daughter’s car overheated, and she was stranded a block away. Not only did he take coolant to her, Ty found that the previous shop had added the wrong coolant (Mini’s require a special coolant), and didn’t replace the seal when they changed her oil, causing a huge leak. Ty brought her car back to the shop, siphoned out the old coolant and changed her oil, charging a minimal fee for both. But more importantly, he sent photos, communicated with me throughout the process, and asked her to come back in a few days to make sure everything looks good. She’s a freshman at OU, and I’m in TX—I can’t express how grateful I am that someone so genuine and kind was put in our path today. Thanks, Ty!!!

Fast and friendly service!

I have been visiting this Jiffy Lube for 3 years or more and I believe they are fair, honest and do great work. Don't be shy about asking for discounts, especially if you are having multiple service issues done during one visit. All of my questions are always answered accurately, which means a lot to an old car guy like me. I would recommend them to anyone.
