Pulled up for a potentially lengthy full synthetic oil change but I barely had time to emotionally prepare before it was done. In short, like my oil change, my car got serviced faster than I was able to process my own life decisions. James is on another level though. Elite customer service. Calm, efficient, and somehow made me feel like my car was the main character. If there’s a system, he’s running it. If there isn’t, he invented one. Fast, easy, zero stress. I’d trust James with my car and everything else with my life at this point. Give this man a raise and promotion immediately!

Kevin and Tyree were outstanding. When I asked questions, they took the time to clearly explain everything and made sure I fully understood what was going on with my car. Their patience and genuine care for customer understanding really stood out. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and excellent service. I’ve visited in the past under previous management and had a very different experience, where I did not feel treated with the same level of professionalism. (Also to the point I did not want to return to the store) This team, however, has completely changed my impression. I highly recommend them. They definitely deserve a raise. @ jiffy Lube You definitely have two great employees right here!!

Thomas & Kevin Was Very Cool And very funny but they got me in real fast

Kevin was great as the cashier and everyone was kind to as it is my first car I got. Had to wait for 2 hours for a part but it wasn't the staff's fault.

They noticed things that needed attention besides just the normal vehicle service maintenance, called and obtained approval and replaced all 4 tires. I still got the vehicle in the time allotted for a regular maintenance visit. It's a company vehicle and need it in order to do my job. New tires make the vehicle much safer to drive, obviously. So I appreciate the concern for my safety.

Coupon said you would be 26 min. You were. I give you an A the guys were very professional they did a great job. They priced me some tires and the prices were really good and I'm still thinking about it. I don't think it's fair that oil changes don't include all the oil that it takes for any car whether it's 4 quarts or 7 quarts I think that the car that takes four course of oil makes up for the one that takes seven and it should be a trade off I hate paying extra for oil. It's because if I use a coupon I've got a number in mind and then I get there and that's not the number I pay. However he did point out to me the savings that I did receive thank God I had a coupon. When I read the other reviews I realized I was no different from anyone else. Holding a coupon that says 29.99 that turned into $100. I've never paid that much for an oil change. Matters back the last three times I changed my old I did it myself. Some people say if you want a cheap oil change go to Walmart. For God's sake don't do that they use some cheap thin oil in my truck started ticking and it didn't run right and a year later it through the timing chain I'll never go to Walmart again for anything even their tires they sold me blew out right away and they wouldn't replace them

Oil changed within 20 minutes of arriving. I hate waiting so this was great. They gave me a coupin. I paid $54, not a bad price. Get a coupon from Groupon, it's $39 I believe. Very satisfied

All I have to say is amazing service!! Mike was the most nicest human being I have ever met!! They were quick on my oil change and made sure my car was in good condition. I definitely recommend this jiffy lube location in Oklahoma.

Friendly knowledgeable And got the job done very quickly even though there was A line. Zac and the others there were very helpful and determining what I needed to have done. I would recommend them over and over and over again.
