The staff at this location is beyond professional, get your vehicle ready for you in a very timely manner and are extremely veteran friendly. Oscar is a very knowledgeable service technician and has your best interest at heart every single time. Great location and great staff!

Jiffy Lube is GREAT - always. I have been to countless locations across many states over the years with multiple different vehicles. The techs are always super kind (never condescending) and informative. The service is always timely and affordable. I will always recommend Jiffy Lube!

I went in thinking I had to have my oil changed but did not not need it. I even told the guy thank you for his honesty! The regular JL i go to had to be repaired for tornado damage so I had to go to this other location. The people who work at both places are always nice to me and I appreciate not unchanging bit, still offering other services because they are a business.... they need to make money too! I might try this new location next time! ?? Oh yeah! And he even offered to air up my tire (again) if it got low..... I am always curb checking ?? awesome! Love these guys!

Guys were great

We have been having a issue with our vehicle for a while with Evap leaks and check engine light.. We had a man Named Anthony help us out got us in really quick to do a smoke test and helped us out in what our next steps should be to take on the truck to help get rid of the check engine light. Very informative and helpful. Got us in and out in a Jiffy! But I wouldn’t recommend the owner Adam because he isn’t really running the place in a professional manner on how he says one things to employees and another to customers

Professional staff and short wait time

My back-up camera wasn’t working on my ford f150. Took it to 2 different locations to get it repaired, long story short, paid 400-500$ to get it checked out. They couldn’t solve issue. Took it to 7412 s Penn Ave. to get oil changed and asked if they could look at the camera. Anthony , the mechanic, said he would look at it. He repaired it, told me what was wrong with it, I wished I had taken it there first. Would highly recommend them. Didn’t cost nearly what the others charged me that couldn’t fix it.

This jiffy lube blows any other shop out of the water. When they told me what I needed replaced there was no pressure and he gave me options that fit my financial position great. Normally you'll find 1 person who has great customer service skills who stands out bc hes the only 1 but at this place they all team up and the atmosphere was really great. I was so relieved by the time I left.

We had a great experience! This place does much more than oil changes. We were in and out pretty quickly. The manager was very nice and helpful. Recommend.

Advertised online that jiffy lubes vacuum and wash windows with oil change - this is the second location that did not. Not a deal breaker but not as advertised. Still fast so 4 stars

The manager was very helpful give me an estimate, on tires that was reasonable, But I worked with another place another type of tire at with a much lower cost.Everyone was fast and courteous. Jeffrey Ludington 11/2020
