Guys were great

We have been having a issue with our vehicle for a while with Evap leaks and check engine light.. We had a man Named Anthony help us out got us in really quick to do a smoke test and helped us out in what our next steps should be to take on the truck to help get rid of the check engine light. Very informative and helpful. Got us in and out in a Jiffy! But I wouldn’t recommend the owner Adam because he isn’t really running the place in a professional manner on how he says one things to employees and another to customers

Professional staff and short wait time

My back-up camera wasn’t working on my ford f150. Took it to 2 different locations to get it repaired, long story short, paid 400-500$ to get it checked out. They couldn’t solve issue. Took it to 7412 s Penn Ave. to get oil changed and asked if they could look at the camera. Anthony , the mechanic, said he would look at it. He repaired it, told me what was wrong with it, I wished I had taken it there first. Would highly recommend them. Didn’t cost nearly what the others charged me that couldn’t fix it.

This jiffy lube blows any other shop out of the water. When they told me what I needed replaced there was no pressure and he gave me options that fit my financial position great. Normally you'll find 1 person who has great customer service skills who stands out bc hes the only 1 but at this place they all team up and the atmosphere was really great. I was so relieved by the time I left.

We had a great experience! This place does much more than oil changes. We were in and out pretty quickly. The manager was very nice and helpful. Recommend.

Advertised online that jiffy lubes vacuum and wash windows with oil change - this is the second location that did not. Not a deal breaker but not as advertised. Still fast so 4 stars
