Greg and Anthony went above and beyond in customer service. I went in for an oil change in mid Sept and they not only took care of the oil change in no time, they informed me about the wear of my tires without pressure sales. The price quoted for a set of 4 was highly competitive, as I am learning now, since I am finally able to shop for new tires.

Greg and the guys were a huge help and got me in and out within 30min. They did great work, and deserve the praise.

I was able to get a coupon that cut my cost in half, they were short handed and ey me know it could be an hr or so, however I was out in 45 minutes and even the manager or supervisor was pushing abd getting people out, overall, great work, faster than anticipated, great cost and great overall.

Using a fleet card can be frustrating, but not at Jiffy Lube. I stopped in on a very busy Saturday and was surprised by the helpful, friendly service provided. Saw a testy customer get rude and be treated with more grace than I could have mustered. Staff worked quickly and even vacuumed my car as a courtesy. The waiting room was made comfortable with free coffee, water, and snacks. Great customer service. I will be back.

When I took my car the first time I was told what was wrong and what it would cost to do the repairs. I got the repairs done. I was pleased. I drove my car for three days until there was another problem so I had my car towed back to the jiffy lube location at 23rd and median. My car was inspected a second time and I was told this time it was the humeric balancer so I had that replaced. Got my vehicle back was driving it home and it started smoking so I drove back to jiffy lube and was told there is an oil leak in another place. That's what was supposed to be repaired the first time but apparently not. So my car is sitting where I live unable to be driven because I cannot afford to spend anymore money. When you take your vehicle to be repaired you can only hope you can trust them to be truthful. I just know I won't be going back to jiffy lube anytime soon.

My 1st time going to jiffy lube and I was very impressed! Will definitely be going back. The Entire staff was very friendly and made the process super easy and quick for me! Plus they had an AC waiting area so my toddler didn't go crazy from the heat??

I just flew into town and needed the gentleman 2 please take a look as my tires and fluids.. they were very kind and professional.. I was very grateful for their help as a single mother restarting my life out here in OKC.. they were very informative how to keep up with my car until my next oil change.. they didn't even charge me like I have been from other places and I am grateful for their honesty and help ????

It was a little spendy but worth it to not have to crawl under my car in July. Service techs did their job spectacularly.

Top-tier, high-quality The lobby offered drinks and excellent customer service. The service was quick, like Zoom, and I received a limited-edition discount. They also pointed out a few other problems and suggested the most economical ways to fix them. Since I'm a college student completing my final term to earn my bachelor's degree in psychology of social arts and sciences, I greatly appreciate that they provided me with much more than just a standard oil change. They are quick, easy, efficient, competent, and didn't try to take advantage of the fact that I'm a young woman. In a nutshell, my car does drive a lot smoother.
