No one likes to have car trouble. Especially if you're like me and depend on your vehicle for everything being down just one day is enough to cause serious disruptions. When I called and spoke to Chris about my battery and service charges associated with a visit to Jiffy Lube, he was not only informative and courteous he was patient and handled everything with such kindness and supportive attitude that I will be coming back for all my Jiffy Lube needs. Rather that's an oil change or a tire rotation or whatever may happen in the future. The whole staff went above and beyond in a way that made me feel truly taken care of. I walked out of there happy that I spent almost four hundred dollars. The person who delt with us at checkout made sure to let us know the perks of doing business with Jiffy Lube, and the person outside when I wished everyone well at the end of service also made sure to inform me of the importance if keeping the receipt for tracking purposes. The whole team worked well together in making sure that I as a customer was fully informed on everything that was available to me long term just from this single service, from warranty issues to oil and air filter changes. I will be telling everyone the perks and great service of visiting this Jiffy Lube in Tulsa, OK

I was so pleased with the service I received at the 31st and Garnett (Tulsa) Jiffy Lube! They do so much more than just an oil change, checked tires, wipers, belts, fluids and cleaned my windows and vacuumed! As a 68 year old widowed, retired woman I need my 6 year old vehicle to be reliable and cared for. The young men were very professional and friendly. I will be using this location from now on.
