Needed an oil change and got done quickly. No waiting for other guests. Went at 1115am. Ronald was a super polite gentleman and handled the register. They didnt try selling me a bunch of things but just brought to my attention what could be replaced like wiper blades and air filter. Id return again ??

I received a thorough oil change at this location, and I loved that the staff doesn’t try to make you buy 10 things you don’t need. Dusty was very professional and made sure I knew what was going on (as a teenager who knows nothing about cars)

The absolute best oil change location I’ve ever visited! I have a 2018 Jeep Wrangler with about 48,000 miles on it. Even when I have taken this to the dealership for an oil change and routine maintenance, things were missed. This is the only location that completed everything 100%! I had items all over the place, and they still vacuumed all of it. I didn’t even know they vacuumed the inside or I would’ve stopped them prior to starting. Super friendly, trusting and fast couldn’t ask for anything better, thanks guys. See you next time!

It’s the Chick-fil-A of oil changes. Courtesy, efficiency, everything is perfect. They take care of my wife’s car without the ‘little lady’ routine.

There was an issue with my oil change, what could have been a catastrophic mistake by another employee was quickly identified by both RJ & MALCOLM when I returned the VERY NEXT MORNING, and they did their absolute best to rectify the situation (although a big boss had to be called in, who was also very nice btw) I appreciate you fellas more than you know…these gentlemen deserve a RAISE because I was very upset…& curse words were used, however RJ & MALCOLM did everything in their limited amount of power to ease the situation!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!

This is one of the best Jiffy Lube’s I’ve been to! The staff was very professional and kind. Record time for an oil change and was informed about the free top off service offered which no one at the other locations ever told me about. They definitely went above and beyond! The gentlemen here were all so kind, professional, and efficient. This was my first time getting my oil changed since moving to Tulsa and after going here, I won’t ever go anywhere else. The price was great, I was in and out, and I appreciated the little details of vacuuming the floorboards and washing the windshield. I was very impressed with the service.

Stopped by for an oil change and overall had a pretty solid experience. Service was fairly quick, and I appreciated that they explained a few issues without pushing any upsells or pressure tactics. That kind of honesty goes a long way. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the free popcorn was a great touch—small things like that really make a difference while you wait. I’d definitely return for basic maintenance. A decent experience with no hard sell, and that’s hard to come by these days.

I took my car in to have a small chip in the windshield repaired to keep it from cracking any further. The price was reasonable and the staff was super friendly! I would highly recommend them -they were super efficient too!
