The Coustomer service received at my Jiffy lube is outstanding. Even on a busy visit I love that I feel like I am their only customer. Not only that but when I ask questions they answer and make sure I understand everything. Albany OR jiffy lube you’re the best!!!

Chris and the team were awesome. The third Jiffy Lube I went to that day. First one, North Salem, I observed an employee scoff when he heard what service I needed (full Transmission Service). You can't trust quality work from people like those. So, I turned my truck on and went to the second, at South Salem. South Salem quoted me $120.00 more than I was quoted from Albany earlier. So, risking damage to my transmission I decided to continue on to Albany. The third time was a charm. The Albany Jiffy Lube provided great, expedient, and friendly service. 10?? if it were possible.

Thank you for the test on the brake fluid and the radiator liquid. Checked the tires, water, changed the oil, changed the interior filter, checked turn signal lights, brake and head lights, back up lights, etc great attitude and service for a handicapped veteran better than I have been treated. Jay did an amazing job identifying what was causing the issue with my car and fixing it. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and communicative. Would definitely recommend!

Edit: The shop called me, because they wanted to diagnose my car issues. Jay did an amazing job trying to get down to the bottom of everything and I do feel like I'm in a better spot. They didn't charge me for it, and I really appreciate all the help. Thank you! My car has been having trouble starting, and Saturday it wouldn't start at all. Called around and they squeezed me in, and we're really nice. I told them there might be something wrong with my starter or alternator. So they tested both of those and found no issue. My battery was dead though, so they asked if I wanted a new one. I said yes, when I shouldn't have, because my old battery was purchased in the year. That one is on me. It didn't fix my issue though, as my car is still having issues starting. I'll still have to bring it in somewhere to have it diagnosed.

Fast, reliable and informative ??

I admit when I arrived at the Albany location I was upset when I was told that my 50% coupon was only good for conventional oil and not the 50/50 blended oil. The manager offered me the $26 off coupon instead. At the end the manager used his employee 50% coupon for me to retain my business. That was excellent customer service. Thank you.

Very fast and quick service! I don’t go to anyone else! Employees are knowledge and don’t haggle to do this and that unless it’s absolutely necessary for the car other wise there’s no pressure like other places. I love that they offer the free courtesy car wash and vacuum across the street too: SCORE!
