Every employee I have ever had the opportunity to be helped by has been so cheerful and helpful. I always learn so much from their answering my questions and their knowledge and being curious and honest about the stuff they don't have expertise in. The last time, I forgot her name, but she explained the reasons for different services they were recommending so clearly and in order of price and then also immediacy. They never make me feel pressured, but always like they want what's best for me and this vehicle that is so much a part of our lives.

Friendly and courteous. Prompt professional service with happy, qualified employees. I appreciate that they employ young people as getting an oil change by a 40 year old can make one depressed about capitalism even if they are qualified.

I went once and being unknown they went above and beyond with service and even unrelated trivia which was very difficult to do, they are pretty good!

I have been using Jiffy Lube for over ten years

I've had to have several things that are special serviced. The Corvallis shop sent me to the Albany shop where they have a transmission guy. Good work. Fair price. I have a coolant leak I've been unable to locate. Their guy did inspection under the vehicle and found it for me. Thanks guys! Today Had both my front and rear end and transfer case fluids serviced. Very involved, excellent price, great work! I take all my cars to these guys.

I came in just before closing and they were polite, very efficient, didn't try to talk me into a bit of stuff that I didn't need, very friendly, they answered all my questions. Even though I made them late getting home they were excellent! I'll be back. Excellent job. I even had a coupon so it was much cheaper than other places!

Long term anc always satisfied customer with multiple cars serviced by Jiffy Lube Technicians and managers in Corvallis. Dependable high quality service provided by staff who care about the quality of their work. Know you by name. Friendly techs are honest inform you of service needs but, never pressure or upsell services. Appreciate the complimentary follow-up maintenance checks and refills. My one wish is for the return of High Mileage Synthetic by Penzoil.

I went in to get a coolant flush and was immediately greeted by a woman who ran clear across the parking lot. There were quite a few people ahead of me, but it did not take them long.they finished the job in a timely manner, and I was on my way. I 100% recommend, and will definitely go back if I need any other services.

Wow! Really needed an oil change and one that didn't take a long time and Jiffy Lube was the ticket!! I've never sat in my car while getting an oil change before and it only took about 15 minutes! They checked my tires and lights and offered other services but no hard sell which I was hoping I wouldn't have to deal with. I was visiting Corvallis so I looked up oil change online and when I went to their website they had a 50% off coupon too! THEN, you get a car wash and 30 days to use it. The team that did the oil change were friendly, professional, and a lot of fun. We had a good time talking about some features in my older car. I will be trying to time my oil changes with my regular visits to Corvallis and Jiffy Lube from now on!

This crew was nice, efficient, clean and so fast! I was in a line of 4 cars, got a new air filter, oil change and wipers- I was out within 30 minutes. It was 120$ for all 3 services which I think is an amazing deal.
