The Mgr explained all the different devices being checked on my SUV. He also said when they needed to be fixed or replaced. The Oil Change was completed very fast w/ no problems.

I loved everything here! Justin was incredible about informing me about what I need to do. They are very clear and do a simple check up on a bunch of stuff for free and let you decide what you want to do. ON TOP OF THAT they are very efficient, kind, and took the time to explain things to me without pressuring me into making purchases. Shout out to Justin, Adam, and Jacob!!

The guys were great. They let you know what maintenance work is due on your car but they don't push it on you. They just give you the info you need, answer any questions you have and clear prices. No tricky shit which was really nice. There prices are actually very reasonable. Esp. on tires. I paid $350 for one budget tire, size 18 at Les Schwab (rip off artists). 4 high mid range tires are under $900 here. So I'll be getting my tires here. I got a full synthetic oil change, premium wipers and a brake fluid flush for a little under $200 with a $25 off coupon on the oil change. Sun Automotive quoted me almost double that. It's worth getting your fluid services, basic maintenance work and tires here at Jiffy Lube.

This is the Jiffy Lube. I go to on a regular basis because they always treat me well here.

Both of the local branches of Jiffy Lube have been great for all things auto, I take my car straight here before going anywhere else! Usually whatever problem I am having gets resolved here, and for very reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them for an oil change and just about anything honestly.

Today was my first time ever getting an oil change and I was pretty anxious and embarrassed about my lack of knowledge, especially given many of the stories I’ve heard about the treatment of women in auto shops. I’m happy to say that my experience here absolutely exceeded my expectations. Justin was so kind and thoughtful, he assured me I was not stupid, and explained the entire process without a hint of judgement. He gave me absolute agency over the services I wanted and didn’t push any expensive services on me with my clear lack of knowledge. Everybody at the shop was SO accommodating and genuine, I will 1000% be back. The interactions I had there truly made my day.
