Zac the assistant manager is a good dude. The battery terminals on my car were completely rusted away and were causing connection problems. I went to goodyear downtown Eugene and they quoted me almost $300 dollars to replace my terminals. When I told them I would rather do it myself, they then pulled my car out of the garage and when I got there it obviously wouldn't turn on. When I got out and popped the hood to try and reset the connection, I looked up and the techs are sitting in the garage laughing at me with no other cars in the garage. That's when I went to Jiffy Lube and talked to Zac. He helped me and only charged me $100, so I left a pretty good tip and said thank you, as any good customer should do when they are treated right. Moral of my story DONT GO TO GOODYEAR, GO TO JIFFYLUBE. I understand Jiffy Lube can't do everything but they aren't a scam like all of these other shops. Thank you Zac

Quick efficient, did not try to oversell. What I especially like about jiffy lube is that they do free oil top offs as long as you're within the milage range until next oil change. This will save me a few bucks! I'm pretty sure this was about $15 more than the last oil change I got at a different place in Eugene for full synthetic oil, but cant complain I don't believe thats a factor of the business maybe more so the economy.

I never write reviews but felt I had to after my experience here. This was the first auto place I’ve been to where I’ve been quoted fairly and felt very welcome and taken care of. Josh went above and beyond to help me replace all of my breaks as did the rest of the staff. As a woman who has always been made to feel out of place at so many other auto shops, I’ve finally found one that will be my go-to moving forward.

Fast, friendly service. I was kept informed every step of the way. I am visiting family in Eugene that recommended them to me.

Everyone was great! It was super quick and easy! They also checked the air in my tires and helped with a couple other things I needed! I’ll definitely be returning when I need service again!

I come in periodically for services on my work truck and it’s always a great experience. Kat does a very thorough job (she uses a stool to reach everything under my hood ??). I had a good chat today with the manager about our kids while waiting for a part and he was very kind, checking in regarding wait times and making sure I was being communicated with. Thanks for the help and hard work guys ??

AMAZING service ! I like how the Eugene, Oregon Jiffy Lube he explain as he worked on my car. I felt very secure with their work performance and the staff is nicely dressed. Originally $109 for a fully synthetic oil change with a internet discount coupon for $27 less . Me likey

This is an amazing Jiffy Lube!! I love my Mustang and always goto Jiffy Lube when its time for oil. I am visiting from California and needed an oil change so I hit a local one and I was not disappointed. Truth be told, this Jiffy Lube impressed me a little more than my Cali Jiffy Lube and that's saying something. From check-in to check out, it was just phenomenal service. They are very thorough here. My filters were checked, my fluids were topped off and all my tires were brought to proper pressure. They even noticed I could use a spark plug change and my brake fluid needed changing during the inspection, which is important information I need to know. They're really on top of their game here. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else. Thanks again for the awesome service Kalina and Kenny, you both kick ass. You'll definitely see me again!

This Jiffy Lube is the best! My car died in the parking lot and the mechanic fixed it for me and the other mechanics were also super helpful with stuff that I'm sure isn't normally what they service there. 10 out of 5 stars. Nicest people ever.

This time I visited the JL off Corburg what great customer service needed oil change the norm did you know you can sit in your car during the service how cool and convenient butnI went inside for a cup of joe which was very good Friendly knowledge staff easy to speak with and their customer is great I was in and out quickly Thank you all see you next time
