Best little Jiffy Lube - great people - super helpful - not pushy (like some other places we shall not mention) - and they give you the real real if something TRULY needs attention asap. I trust in this shop. Bring all my vehicles here for 10+ years -

Highly recommend if you want your service done fast! They fixed my mom’s car very quickly: changed the belt with pulleys (after some other shop installed our alternator incorrectly).Thank you!

My friend and I came here with some car issues that needed diagnosing, and the team truly went above and beyond. They quickly found the problem and were incredibly patient and kind while explaining everything to us. They found a somewhat uncommon part for my friends older car in a neighboring town and had it delivered super fast. They even charged a very fair price. A special thank you to Ostynn, who was particularly helpful, kind and knowledgeable. This is the kind of outstanding service that deserves recognition.

I took my car to another jiffy lube location to have my ac service now my ac is acting up and am back home in grants pass and now we have to figure out what they the jiffy lube at the other location did to fix it

The service was AMAZING and quickly completed. I am so glad I went to Jiffy and I'm convinced I'll never procrastinate getting an oil change ever again. Top notch !!!

I came in there today and got a fast and friendly service and they also puty new license plates on for me! They also warned me that my multicolored license plate covers were illegal! Thanks guys, I'll be back.

Ostynn took care of us yesterday, both for what we came in for and what we didn't realize that we needed. Buying a used car, you never know what services have and haven't been done. He quite possibly saved my transmission and a ridiculously expensive repair by being knowledgeable and proactive. Excellent service every time!

Every time I go to this Jiffy Lube I am impressed by the customer service they provide. The crew is very friendly and knowledgeable. Another thing I love is how thorough they are. I highly recommend this shop!

JiffyLube in Grants Pass has the best people. They are very knowledgeable and bend over backwards to make sure that the customers needs are met. For many years, they are the only shop that is allowed to service and do repair work on my cars. I always walk away happy with the quality work they do.

Pulled up on Christmas Eve with not much extra money but for a basic conventional oil change (even though I was aware there would be far more needed to be done). Raul was friendly, helpful and went well above and beyond to explain things that were necessary to get checked out or replaced next time or things that needed to be done ASAP for my safety. He truly provided the best experience I have ever had at Jiffy Lube and will be the reason I come back to that specific location. Thanks Raul!

Great service ,the guy that worked on my vehicles was terrific. And I was so pleased with all the service I received. I will certainly go back.

These guys were great. They took my car in right away and were finished before I knew it. They also had a half off special at that time that really helped.

I came in for a very specific reason, and they handled it exactly as I requested. As one of our local businesses, the only blemish I would have in regards to any portion of a negative post would be the language I heard come from the pit just because he might know the people that he’s working on should not warrant loose lips that degrade the company or the business.
