Friendly staff and they did a very good, quick and efficient job. My first time there and I will definitely go back for an oil change.

Professional and friendly staff

This crew took such good care of me! They were very quick and efficient. They even took the time to do a minor repair to my splash shield, which was not even part of the service. These guys are top shelf.

The employees here are helpful,nice,detailed, fast and we enjoy going here to get our oil changed. Do not like the new policy about having to pay inside. Seriously only reason is that customers were complaining about the prices. They already ask if your ok with the price before doing the work. So its sad that they have to have you now get out of your vehicle to pay. Thank you Hermiston Oregon jiffy lube your doing a great job!

Seems to be good team here, working together verbally letting each other know where and what they are doing. The young lady who appears to be a team leader, was sure to inform me of procedures taken place and explained clearly why steps were being performed. Very polite and business professional attitude, normally I’m able to hand my card for payment sitting in my car, this has changed I am now required to go inside to sign for payment due to unfortunate situation that has occurred, I come here regularly it’s not a big deal to pay and sign inside. Haven’t had a bad experience here hopefully it continues to be smooth transactions. Am satisfied with service.

The staff is always so helpful, the lady manager always happy to help and the dude with the beard is awesome and friendly. APPRECIATE ALL THE HARD WORK

Great attention to details

The oil and oil filter change were done quickly and without the disposal process that I would have in doing it myself. The staff were very pleasant to work with.

I was traveling with my family on a trip. Somewhere on highway 84 our car gave a warning light for transmission issues. We were unsure what to do. So we pulled into a park by the freeway and gave this Jiffy Lube a call. We asked if we could come in an hour from our location and asked if they could check our car if we came as soon as possible. They were the only service who said yes on a short notice. When we arrived the team started to diagnose the car and determined the warning was a false alert. We were also charged nothing for the diagnosis. They were friendly and accommodating . Thank you, the team of Jiffy Lube.

Went there today because Chris R (a guy I met through my work) works there and decided to switch it up And get oil change from them instead of quicky lube and didn’t have to wait and was able to get in and out super quick ! The other two guys working were Carlos and Ulysses and both of them were nice and respectful as well ! A++
