Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 1729 N RIVERSIDE AVE, MEDFORD, OR, 97501-4628

I was the only customer there, so the whole team worked on my car. They were funny and super nice. Between the 5 of them I was out of there in 10 minutes!

Yes it's a little more expensive then others. But it's the care in what they put in effort towards the job. Not just there for a paycheck. We'll. We all work for that but you know what I mean.

Brought car in low on oil, power steering fluid, and drain plug was strip. Car has been sitting for 3 or so months. I explained I KNEW I was coming in VERY LOW. They explained everything. Double/triple check everything. Super professional and explained everything they could see what was going on. Thanks guys!

The service experience was exceptional, encompassing an oil change, headlight replacement, and transmission service. Initially, I had only anticipated requiring an oil change. My vehicle is now operating with renewed performance. Our sincere appreciation to the team. We anticipate returning for our subsequent service needs.

The workers were kind and informative, they also changed my oil and filter, and because they have always treated me with respect is one reason I keep coming back and the work they perform has been perfect

You was a good service experience. Fast and efficient employees that were friendly.

I went for an oil change and basic inspection, ended up getting a couple more things done that needed to be done as well. They are very friendly and don't push you to do anything you can't do right then and there. Overall, I will definitely be going back for future oil changes and maintenance.
