Everyone was super nice and helpful! Will definitely keep this location as the place for car maintenance! There was one specific person who was such a gentlemen and helped me and my son (10 mo. old) with the door. It's always appreciated since I'm always carrying my bag, keys, phone and my baby.

While visiting my college student daughter, I needed to get her brake light replaced. I hit this Jiffy Lube after 5pm and they replaced it quickly for me for free. The manager was extremely polite and helpful, as was the technician. Definitely recommend.

They stayed open late to fix my brakes that suddenly went out on an out of state trip. Couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Definitely the best auto shop I've been to and the people are extremely kind

The guys at Jiffy Lube in Newberg are efficient and kind, I went in for an oil change, plugs and wires, air filter change. They got it all done as quickly as possible.

I don’t know much about cars, but this place was super helpful and changed my oil quickly without unduly pressuring me to get a more expensive oil type like other places have in the past. :’) They also cleaned my windshield (thank you)! They had a 50% off sale going on which was awesome — plus cookies in the lobby. All around great!

Sydney was awesome and helped figure out what was truly necessary and what I could come back for later. He was very professional and friendly. Listened to my concerns and kept me updated on my progress.

My car had just stalled out in traffic and I drove in before open, fully panicking. The gentlemen opening the store this morning were calm, understanding, and listened while I tried to describe the situation through my hyperventilating. They got me in immediately, gave my car a very thorough inspection, then emailed me the report to show the dealership. All of this, without charging me a dime. Best customer experience I could have asked for - thank you!

Now that this store is under New Management every guy on the crew is awesome and go out of their way to make sure everything is done the way it's supposed to be. The new management team Chris and Sid have really turned the store around.

I’m a couple days late, but I told them I was going to do this. Are use Jiffy Lube from time from time, but I’m happy to say that they treated me nicely. I had a tail light out, took care of me quickly and very respectful and friendly and then they sent me on my way. Didn’t even charge me. I don’t know if that was just because I am in their system and it comes with the perks of being in their system or if they were just telling me, I was good because it was quick service, but either way they did it made my day . Thanks guys

PERFECT AND FRIENDLY AND FAST

I get my oil changed at several locations with no fanfare . Today the new manager at this location took care of getting a burned out turn signal bulb replaced . He did it quickly and got me back on the road quickly. I will be back!
