Really great service for an oil change and check engine light diagnostic, Justin P. identified other needs and explained everything very clearly and professionally. Great service for oil change and replacements for differential filter, coolant, engine air filter, and wipers. I will definitely come back in the future.

These guys were so great. I was in the middle of a two week trip and they made sure my oil was changed, system flushed (it did make a difference!), and offered other things that were helpful but I’d just had done and weren’t pushy about it. They did it fast and I was on my way again in less than half an hour. Thanks!

Huge shout out to Mason! My pregnant wife and I came through to get an oil change and our tires rotated and because of him, we received top tier customer service. He Told us what we needed in the future, didn’t try to over upsell, got things done in a decent amount of time and even went out of his way to open our car doors for us, while giving us lots of good wishes towards our pregnancy. All of the workers there have great chemistry! We will definitely be back.

I just had the most amazing experience here at Jiffy Lube on Barbur Blvd.! Got an oils change and a headlight cleaning, which was great- but the best part was the customer service. They went above and beyond to answer questions unrelated to the oil change, ran a diagnostic check just to calm my worry, and even popped a piece back in place that was scraping the tire when I turned left. Plus, they gave lots of attention to my dog! Thank you so much Cody and crew- you made my day!!!

My 25-foot long 11.5 foot high Class C RV's oil change light came on. I was turned away from both the Fast Lane and the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on the same road (even though I called ahead to each of them and they both assured me they could do the service). Jiffy Lube's team guided me in, changed the RV's oil, and got me out in less than 20 minutes. Such great service! Thanks guys!

I went in for just an oil change and Cody, Sky and the entire team went above and beyond helping me find things that needed replacing (on my 20 year old Ford) and showing me why. I'm a suspicious person in general but these guys were honest and didn't try to oversell me on anything, but I left with some much needed additional maintenance and my car has never run better! I showed up on a Sunday morning right when they opened and it took a little bit for them to get set up because there were a couple of us, but they were kind and courteous nonetheless. They have a little waiting area that's nice in case you don't want to wait in the car. They changed my oil and even vacuumed the floor which I really appreciated. My only gripe is that I asked how much it would cost to replace my windshield wipers and they said $39.99, but did not mention that it was per wiper. I found out at the end. I didn't mind because I needed it done, but it would have been nice if that was made a little more clear. Would definitely come back next time I need service.
