Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 8655 SW BARBUR BLVD, PORTLAND, OR, 97219-4009

Staff friendly and efficient

I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and brake inspection, they advised I got an additional engine cleaning service which I had done. I went in on a weekday mid afternoon and was in and out in about an hour. The techs were kind and kept me updated and informed. I would definitely recommend.

Staff was very patient and helpful, they offered services without being pushy and explained why they would or wouldn’t recommend certain services. I will go back for more work in the future.

This jiffy line provides excellent customer, Dillon was very helpful and very informative when it came to letting me know about my cars maintenance and required things to get done. Anythony was also very helpful and very courteous. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Amazing service! Cody and Justin really took care of me and did great work. They made sure my car troubles were thoroughly diagnosed and taken care of before I got back on the road so that I would be safe and not have to deal with more issues soon. Friendly, above and beyond helpful, and quick!

Fast and friendly service.

Fast and helpful staff, but vacuum cleaner wasn't working and no sticker reminder showing the mileage for next oil change.

Justin and Joseph are fabulous-efficient, helpful, knowledgeable about my car, and best of all had me safety back on the road quickly and with an oil change, engine light off, vacuumed car and helpful tips about my ignition and gas cap. I love learning new things every day AND being given such great and perfect help for me and my car. Thank you!!! You guys are awesome.????????

Justin took great care & exceeded my expections addressing issues with me car

I had a great experience with Justin and Sky when I went in for my oil change! I went in with a tight budget and they explained everything to me in detail so I actually understood my car and felt zero pressure. My car had been sitting for a while and they even cleaned out some parts of my engine. They also went above and beyond to show me how to take out and clean my filter so I could save money in the long run. I will definitely be back because the service and people at this Jiffy Lube have always been 10/10 in my experience.Thank you guys!

The headlight cleaning service worked miracles with my 20 yr old Scion. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The two male workers were nice and also did the job of oil change efficiently. With a $20 dollar off coupon the price came to nearly $50. I don't understand the high pricing, however I assume Jiffy Lube is competitive since they are everywhere? I would go here again if in need of oil change, they also did wiper fluid, tire pressure and window washing.

My go-to place for now on. I had a 12hr work shift and they made my oil change a high priority so I was able to get back home with time to relax. I wish my car had more problems so I could go more often, the staff was incredibly friendly and gave the best service I've had in a long time. Worth every minute and every penny going here, they even gave me a discount. Hope they get more customers because the staff deserve a raise

Outstanding experience from beginning to finish. Easy. Stress-free. Knowledgeable courteous employees. Highly recommend.

Dyllon was great, not just a great worker but also a great person!

Great service as always. No pressure upselling-- just simply explained options which I so appreciate.

This crew was absolutely professional, courteous, and worked together like a well oiled machine. I was in and out in no time. I would definitely recommend this location.
