Everyone was very friendly, asked questions about my truck in general, explained the difference between my oil types. I explained I was heading out for a road trip & I’m the one that gets pulled over for a license plate light being out! Service was very quick and I asked for all my non-functional lights to be replaced. They got everything all the dead lights swapped for functional lights, it looks like the entire lighting system at the top of my lift gate on the back door. Best guess is it probably needs to be replaced by a new entire unit. I had not been to this jiffy Jiffy Lube, it wasn’t too busy and I didn’t have to wait so I was surprised and very thankful. My oil change was very swiftly and I got a free feul injection solution to put in my tank, thank you Jiffy Lube.

Base pricing is high but they always have a coupon. Fast service no frills. Can't complain.

With a massive delivery truck ahead of me, I was quoted a 30 minute wait before service. It ended up being less than 10. Once in place, service was a breeze: got my wife's car an oil change and new wipers in about 15 minutes. Service was friendly and efficient. In short, I was lubed in a jiffy. Can't ask for more than that!

Go to this location! I'm supposed to be making my grocery list for the week and getting dressed to leave, and I actually stopped to give this review, because the folks there at the Sandy Blvd location deserve to know they're appreciated. Paris (I'm assuming manager?) was kind, relatable, and succinct in her explanations of a minor issue that was found. Excellent experience - so good, you might wish they were "20 minute oil changes!"

by far the best jiffy lube in town! the staff, specifically Paris Conner and David, are unbelievably kind, don’t make you feel guilty for not doing any additional upgrades, and they are so thorough. I came by today on a whim for an oil change and I’m so glad this was the place I chose.

The guys at the location on NE 181ST & GLISAN IN Gresham OR are the best! They're all very polite and respectful when I come.

Went there today for a oil change and the crew was so amazing and did such a great job. Really polite, really nice. Shout out to Jacob and his partner they were quick and efficient and their communication was on point. Thank you for such a great job guys !!!

My car started flashing a message about low oil and I was stressed, so I came into Jiffy Lube on Sandy Blvd. The team could not have been more helpful. I didn’t need an appointment, they calmly explained what was happening with my car, and then offered to top off the air in my tires when I didn’t realize they were low. These guys had my car in and out in less than 20 minutes, and handled everything with kindness and a smile. David, Ethan, and Jacob - thank you for saving my Thursday! Will definitely be back with any other car care needs.

We went in for a minor situation where we dropped our oil cap under the engine and couldn’t find it. Their team was super kind, efficient and helped us out free of charge. Best experience at a jiffy lube ever! They topped off our fluids and we were in and out in less than 5 minutes. We will be back here!

We were on a road trip from California up to Vancouver, BC and I needed an oil change. I saw the reviews and knew that this was the spot to get it done. It was a great experience, the employees were super nice, fast, and enjoyed what they do. Luckily I had nobody in front of me so they got me out in about 15 minutes. They even gave me a discount for getting my oil changed with them for the first time. It's been about a week, and so far so good, no leaking like I got from another place last year. Oh and they even checked my tire pressure without me asking which was awesome because I was worried about it the whole trip.

Super friendly and honest staff. Brought my car in to fix the skid plate which had been dragging, they reattached no charge at all. Sent me on my way after 5 minutes.

Stopped in a hurry- late for my commute to Bend. I had just stopped at a nearby gas station to fill up my tires only to realize their bit was too large and I had been letting out air… I also was low on power steering fluid. I was ready to pay anything for my “late tax”. I was reluctant to come back to jiffy lube. I was worried I’d be even more late, and likely overpay. I was greeted with a smile and careful questions. Paris helped me out and was so wonderful. We had a quick chat and she ranked me for my father’s service. I thanked her for hers. Got to head out with confidence on my long drive and a restored appreciation in returning to this particular jiffy lube. Thanks I’ll be back!

Night crew 5/1 was awesome, came in around 6:10, I got helped immediately by 3 awesome people! I just needed a transmission fluid top off but yall made sure I had everything taken care of. I really really appreciate you all! Didn't even charge me or nothing for the top off, I was expecting to spend some money too but im just super greatful. Go to this Jiffy!

If you want to be treated like a king Go to the Jiffy lube on 115th and Northeast Sandy Boulevard. Their staff is so professional It is incredible. They bring to your attention what they feel is necessary to keep your car, vehicle in proper working order. They make suggestions and they do so in such a diplomatic manner with no sales pressure. They make you feel like you're important to them. And they know what they are doing. They explain in detail how to make your vehicle last. They give you a bottle of water And you can remain in your car if you want to or go into there very pleasant seating area. I've been there several times but I just thought that I needed to extend them the professional courtesy so that I can bring it to all you new customers that will end up having the experience that I have had with them. I highly suggest even if you have to go a little bit out of your way it is well worth it. Take my advice please. Thank you Nick Nichols

The manager Jacob always takes great care of me. He does great work.

They did a great job getting me in and out in a timely manner, and when notification would not go off for oil change being done ,they helped with that!

I went to another Jiffy Lube right before this that had an hour wait, so I drove down the street to this one. Was immediately greeted by a friendly dude, unlike the last one I went to. As a woman, I usually have a difficult time with automotive shops-- the dudes are generally not very friendly or treat me differently. I like this staff at this Jiffy because I'm treated with courtesy. Only a 15-minute wait on a busy Saturday for an oil change, which was great. Will be returning for a quick oil change in the future.
