Knowledgeable, courteous, quick service.

My first time at the Jiffy Lube on SE Division. The Kia dealership could not get me in today. I came in for motor oil before leaving town. The team paused what they were doing to help me. They were fast & efficient. When I asked for the cost the team smiled and said "no charge, maybe you can come here next time you need service & skip the dealership." What a nice surprise & I will come back.

The guys are super nice. They talked to me like a human who knows and not like I’m stupid. Great job

Extremely friendly and fast

Took my car there for a small oil leak 2/28/26. The guys there immediately identified a loose drain plug and quickly remediated the issue at no charge. They were friendly, and professional. I highly recommend them.

Wonderful service.Pulled in because I was told my oil and coolant were low there was no wait at all and they didn't charge me anything.Full disclosure I did have my oil changed with them last but I was fully expecting to pay for the coolant.It made my day and being an adult just a little easier.Thank you

I stopped going to jiffy lube years ago then decided to go this particular jiffy lube was actually nice and the employees were very respectable and did a good job

I had an outstanding experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to Achilles. He worked on my 2010 C6 Corvette, which is a very delicate car, and he treated it with exceptional care. I arrived about 20 minutes before closing, but he never rushed or cut corners. Instead, he took his time to make sure everything was done correctly. I originally came in worried that there might be too much oil, and he checked it thoroughly and confirmed everything was fine. On top of that, Achilles went above and beyond by topping off my coolant and power steering fluid, and even testing my battery to ensure everything was in perfect shape. His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to great service—especially so close to closing time—really stood out. I highly recommend asking for Achilles!

Came in on a sunday morning for an oil change and Paris was so kind and knowledgeable! Her customer service is great. Quick and efficient service, i really appreciated her and the teams time.

Couldn’t figure out how to reset my maintenance needed alert on my dash, and changed the display to kilometers per hour instead lol other than that it was fine ??

My family and I have been going to Jiffy lube for quite some time now. This was by far one of the best experiences. Gary was very polite and went above and beyond to be helpful. The 2003 expedition that was worked on, was there for almost 3 and a half hours, so we're my husband and I woth our 2 year old and 7 year old. They didn't mind chatting with our kids or that we occasionally wanted to watch them work. The waiting area and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Over this was very smooth visit and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for services! Also if you need a financing option, the snap finance is a breeze and generally takes a few minutes to be approved. Happy Travels everyone!
