That guy Javier that manages that place is a rockstar! He clearly was trained right. Been going there forever and the bald guy that used to work here and trained him was even a bigger rockstar! Keep up the good work!!!

quick professional and friendly staff. only place to go for oil changes

Quick and easy to get in. Price was ok. But now I'm heading back in because I don't think that the team fully connected my skid plate back because it sounds like it's banging when I reach ~40 mph. So overall I am not a satisfied customer at this time! Went back in Sunday. The team was very responsive and found and connected the skid plate back up. Issue resolved. Javier ( manager from the store) contacted me and asked me to come back in so he could see exactly what was going on. Went in Monday evening, he did his inspection and found a screw still missing and resolved that. Explained some if the why due to wear in the fabric. All in all, they handled the situation very well to resolve the issue. I have changed the rating from 2 to 5 just in that effort and service.

My husband & I came back for his car after being Valvoline customers for years because the crew at this Jiffy Lube are so kind & professional! Special thanks to Javier for remembering us. Highly recommend!

We were traveling through and got a notification we were low on oil. We stopped here and the female employee (didnt catch her name) was super quick checking us in and hearing the concerns we had and despite the garages not emptying for us to get in, she topped us off and investigated if there was a drip or anything causing this premature need for more oil. She went above and beyond investigating and getting answers so we could proceed on our vacation with reassurance and confidence--all while communicating well and often and she got us out quickly. We really appreciate it!

I had a cabin filter I had purchased at a auto parts store but could not install it. I stopped at the Redmond, OR. where I take my 3 vechicles for oil changes. I told Javier my problem and since he wasn't busy he installed it for me. Best mservice ever. I always recommend this store to others.

The team worked well together was efficient and to the point. I brought in a 2014 Audi q7 for an oil change. I was able to provide them with an Audi filter to use instead of there’s. Very friendly and they were able to inform me of a small leak on engine. I would go back to this location again.

I give this store a 5 star because Jace is such a awesome young man who has great customers service. He is pleasant as well as all the guys who work there. This morning around 11:55 I came in because I needed at top off I was coming from the dump when my Indicator came on and says that I need to put oil in now, so I didn't know this, but jiffy tops you off, something Jace told me about the last time I was in. However when I came in I had my dump trailer in tow, I approached the shop only to be greeted by a yound lady and then can comes behind her, in a disrespectful tone telling her to tell me i had to drop my trailer without finding out what I needed in the first place. I went to go pull around then in another negative tone he tells me I can't go that way because cars are blocking it and I would need to back up when a care was behind me. I paused and gathered my thoughts pulled to the side, I got out of my truck went into the shop and the same man didn't even greet me when I came into the store, it was Jace who saw me from outside came in to ask if I had been helped, the same same used that same Demeaning tone towards Jace. When Jace came out to help me, I asked Jace for the man's name and if he was new, because if he was the type of person I would have to deal with when coming into this place I would go get my oil changed at another place. The man's name is javier and jace told me he was the Regional manager. Well he needs to get off his high horse and treat customers with more respect, he is rude. I only remember Jace name because it's on his shirt, and the kindness & servitude he shows with all guest.
