Jiffy Lube on South Commercial is the best. They took care of some things that I’ve been putting off for a long time and I was in and out in just a few minutes. They changed the fluid in my front and rear differentials and cleaned and re-oiled my K and N air filter. Affordable and easy. Just what we like.

Affordable and quick service. Got my oil & transmission fluid changed. The CSA was went the extra mile to show me the bottle of Honda MTF so I could verify the OEM spec fluid was being used! Awesome location 5 stars.

This location Jiffy Lube is the only one I will go to no matter where I’m living. Their customer service, kindness & quality of work is unmatched. Even from other Jiffy lubes. I have so much respect for this location. I’ve never had a bad experience. They are always super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I never feel misguided about work needed, pressured to buy anything, or anything sketchy. They are honest, hard-working and trustworthy. My absolute go-to I can comfortably and confidently trust. I don’t usually catch names but today I was able to. Wanted to give a should out to the men who helped. 5 stars to these guys. Stopped in for a transmission fluid change and spark plugs after receiving a $1500 quote from the dealership and got the work done for an amazing savings! The guys were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn't pressured into extra services and was in and out. I will be back for other work in the future!

All three men were very good at their job.

I really appreciated the speed and quality of service. They caught my brake fluid with a high moisture content, and they got it replaced at a good price as part of extra services combined with the oil change. Awesome service at good price.

Friendly and competent service. My oil change was done quickly, while I relaxed outside in a beautiful flowered area. Glenn and Jared were excellent in the shop, while James is a gem of the company! I have come in a couple times for inspections qnd diagnostic jobs. Jared does a great job at giving me my options and providing high quality customer service. Also very fast and professional. Highly recommend this location!

Doug and his crew went above and beyond to help me not only get my oil changed but help inform on what I should get done to avoid any major issues in the future! Just pulled into the commercial at location here in Salem. Open bay when I got there, had my oil and differential oil serviced. In and out in under 15 minutes!!! These guys were amazing! Thank you to everyone involved today!

Kindest people I have ever worked with! Not only was their service quick but the phone call I had was very helpful, I felt welcomed as they directed me where to go, and the waiting room was comfortable and nice

This specific Jiffy Lube was such a great experience (always is) . Although my car needed more work than they could do, they helped me price out parts and where I could get the rest of the repair done. A shout out to Glenn and his team! He kept in constant communication and very good at showing me the repair and sat with me to explain it. I'll never go anywhere else for oil service and repairs under 3 hours of labor. I could not have received better service!

I went into get my brake lights fixed and ended up also needed my right blinker fixed as well. They ended up doing this work for me free of charge. I cried on the way home, little did they know I just spent the last two days in the hospital with my husband. I needed the win. Thank you guys so much. They were very kind and did the work fast??

I just had my visit with Jared Kyle and Andrew I have to say I will return here even though it's further out than my home they did an amazing job great teamwork and amazing customer service! Definitely recommend 10 out of 10. No pressure to do anything else super amazing. I say this because I'm a woman and they usually try to upsell me but they didn't pressure me or did an offer a thousand things so I greatly appreciate that. They let me know my options and we're very helpful ?????????

Oil change price is so high but good service staff are friendly and passionate

I know they do more than just oil changes, I just didn’t expect to have to wait so long. The workers were friendly though and thorough as well.

They were great I had a coupon they didn’t even want to see it,they just took amount off.. I told him I had to be to work in 30 minutes they had me finished driving off in 15 minutes they were great. They made it very quick and easy.

Needed air for all 4 tires. Got it done quick and easy. A definite repeat customer. Professional service and friendly staff.
