Nice people, fast and good service.

Doug Smotherman and his team are super duper! Ethical and thorough..they have kept my aging 2002 Trailblazer running like clockwork for 12 yrs!..unless a mechanical issue is something Jiffy doesn't do..no other mechanic touches my car.

My oil change sensor came on so I took my vehicle in for an oil change even though I thought it a bit early. Rather than simply changing the oil and charging me for it, they let me know it was early. After discussing it, they kindly adjusted my sensor, checked all my fluids & tires, and sent me on my way. Their honesty with me has made me a customer for life. Thanks guys!!

My first time at Jiffy Lube. I'll start off with the only reason I came here instead of my usual oil changing place was because of their better coupon. I am beyond pleased that I did. The techs were personable, thorough, and very attentive to every customer there, and they were quite busy for Thursday morning. I was especially grateful they found my rear brakes were in extreme need of replacement. Especially since we're about to leave on a road trip. They managed to address all my car needs in just a few hours. Very impressed. You have a return customer in me, now. Thank you, West Salem Jiffy Lube!

Good car service is hard to find. Especially one who helps you find the best price with discounts and coupons. But, mostly, the crew is composed of real mechanics who love making cars run really well. They have been trained by a master mechanic. As a senior woman, I have been patronized too many times. Not with this crew. They listen and when I told them my ideas and concerns, it mattered to them. I felt like I was talking to master mechanic brothers who are no longer around, but still hold the standards to which I want when getting my car serviced. This is the shop I would go to for major mechanical work as well. These gear heads will get it done right.

This is a great crew. I'm impressed.

The service personnel were very thorough in their explanations & details of what got done. The offered extra services & weren't pushy about it. I didn't realize that Jiffy Lube does more than oil changes. I'll be back again!

I’ve been to this location 3 times now and every time I am impressed with their customer service. They are kind, patient, and accommodating and take the time to explain everything they’re doing. They make recommendations but are in no way pushy about it. They know what they’re talking about and I feel my car is in good hands. Every staff member I’ve interacted with via phone or in person has been genuinely friendly and kind. I’m fortunate to live nearby, but would go out of my way to come to this location if I didn’t.

Sequoia and Damon were amazing through the process. The whole crew was equally as amazing. I have never ever ever ever used a oil change company like this. I do my own oil changes and I did this for my wife and now I really understand why she goes there the guys were easy talking very helpful and very respectful. I highly recommend them and you should go give them a try.

Rusty, Damon and Sequoia are outstanding employees. Every time we need a oil change after I end work, these guys go above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and get the job done right. I'm sure at 5:45pm they are ready to go home but they never make us feel unwelcomed. We will continue to go there always.

I planned to come in today for my regular oil change. However, as soon as I got off of work my check engine light came on. While I had my oil changed, Max ran their code reader and diagnosed my issues, and informed me of another thing that I otherwise would’ve never known about that I had going on under the hood. Max gave me all the answers I needed, all in the time it took me to get my oil changed! AMAZING customer service by everyone that I spoke to today, but Max in particular was friendly, informative, and so very helpful. Wonderful experience- so much so that it was enough for me to leave my first Google review!

Been going here over 10 years now, most of those years with the exact same managers, which says a lot these days. Never have an issue. Whenever I bring up concerns the managers and crew answer all my questions. They seem to honestly put the customer first, in action and word.

Every time I come here, whether it’s something small like getting air in my tires, or a full oil, transmission, and brake fluid change, the employees are absolutely amazing. Everyone here is not only knowledgeable, but they are clear and concise when explaining what’s going on. For someone like me that doesn’t know anything about cars, this makes a world of difference. I never feel like I’m asking a silly question or wasting their time. And on top of that they are always so efficient and precise and thoughtful with the services they provide. I appreciate you guys so much! Robert, thanks for the laughs and the help! Highly recommend using this jiffy lube if you’re in the Salem area.

Went to our closest Jiffy Lube because I needed an oil change and unfortunately a new battery that I didn’t have the tools to replace myself. Robert let me know everything that they saw when they did the inspection, was honest and extremely helpful. He even put the windshield wiper blades we had bought on for us without charging which was appreciated. They vacuumed our carpets and cleaned our windows. They provided excellent service, didn’t try and swindle me for being a woman, and my car is working perfectly after our visit. I’ll be going back and recommending them to everyone.
