Only two young men working with several cars waiting and yet they were quick, polite and efficient. And great service as well. There was even an older gentleman who insisted on his car being completely vacuumed out despite several people waiting and the young man did it with a smile. When I mentioned that I couldn't find my coupon but remembered how much it was for, they still honored it. I'm not sure of their names but I think one was Daniel and the other was either Brody or Brian. Good job guys and thank you so much.

Staff was friendly and helpful, and I didnt feel pressured to buy a bunch of extra services.

I went in Sunday afternoon (3/22) for a routine oil change on the wife's Highlander to the Sandy OR location. While they were working on it, I was talking to the manager about my 04 Cherokee and needing a fuel filter. So we scheduled it for the next day so he could get the part. I went in Monday afternoon about 4pm (3/23) to get the fuel filter replaced and it took a couple hours due to the age of the vehicle and location of the filter. I believe his name was Daniel but he and his whole crew that shift was the best service I have ever had there. I have 4 vehicles and always go in for routine oil changes. I hope they are being treated right, being recognized for there skill and customer service, and getting paid well. If not, then someone will notice this and scoop them up for their own business. I unknowingly had a stripped plastic filter housing. They pointed it out before they attempted to remove it. After much work they were able to remove and then REPLACED it with a new housing at no cost to me. 5 star service.

I gotta say this was the best experience I have had!! Great service along with a tire ration with my oil change!!

Couldn't be more thankful for the guys working today! They not only provided excellent customer service while working in 90+ degree weather but taught me how to check sensors on my car, filled my oil when it was below min, made sure I had water and got me in and out in less than 15 minutes since I was on a time crunch. Always have such a great experience here!!

My Jiffy Lube Sandy 97055 visit was awesome! Jenny, Robert, Tyler & Christopher are the best at what they do. All were friendly & smiling, had good attitudes & went beyond great customer service by un-jamming my stuck-closed truck tailgate. Also a noticeable improvement on how my truck runs. A very pleasant experience! I'll be back.

Service here at the sandy location was great! Very accommodating. I let them know I needed service for an important trip and they got me taken care of right away. Will be back for future services and absolutely loved the workers that helped. 10/10 would recommend again.

This is a great location! I have a 2008 Dodge 3500 with a Hydro boost system and they can be rather Complicated and very finicky to deal with! So much so, that it took me about 10 phone calls to find a mechanic that would even touch the system. When I did, they did the repair, but they put the wrong fluid in it. However! Jiffy Lube was here to save the day. I called them and they were very quick to get me in and help flush out the old fluid and put in new fluid. PJ and the service manager were absolutely wonderful to work with. There was also some young lady that was working there as well and she To be rather pleasant as well. The whole team was amazing! Thank you so much for your knowledge and expertise… I’ll be back again

After failing to get an oil change at two Ford dealerships I decided to give this two lane Jiffy Lube a try. Service was prompt, courteous and the lube tech refilled my engine perfectly. I have had to deal with too much oil added in the past, so I am satisfied these folks pay attention to what they are doing.
