The crew at Tigard Jiffy Lube worked well together and we’re very pleasant. Service was quick. With a coupon, the price was fair.

The guys working at this site were extremely professional and engaging. They were efficient and speedy.

A special shout out to JD and Elijah and another gentleman whose name I forgot to ask, they answered all my questions, patiently waited while I looked up a savings deal I had through work and answered my dozens of questions without making me feel rushed or dumb. Brought my car in because it was driving off and I was reeeeeally hopeful it was just a matter of the transmission fluid needing to be flushed and changed. Unfortunately, it was much more severe of an issue than initially thought. The team here were honest and upfront about the problem and recommended two nearby shops that would specialize in fixing it. Knowing the limitations of what can be done in your shop and making sure your clients are safe is super important. Especially for someone like me, who is travelling through from out of state. Thank you so much for doing what you could and making sure I understood everything that was happening!

Great service super friendly! Spent the majority of the time cracking jokes with the guys up top. (I was the only one there at the time.) Some at the expense of the guy in the pit, and his inability to hear anything properly. Had a great time and fast efficient service. Thanks guys!

First time visiting this location, and already decided to made this location my go to place. The staff were professional and friendly, I was here for oil change, but they told me that the oil life still have a few more miles to go. Great staff and great service! This is long overdue, but after the great experience and customer service I received from them, I had to make sure they got the recognition they deserved. The first time I came here, it was with my girlfriend in the middle of the Summer. She was concerned about some issues with her brakes after we went to another location, and wanted some peace of mind. Eli was working and offered to take the car for quick drive to see what might be going on. Ended up not having any issues, but he took the time to explain to us what we might have been hearing and feeling. I came back a couple of weeks later to get work done on my own car, and sure enough, Eli was there again. Not only that, but he’d remembered seeing me the first time, remembered what car we brought in, and even asked how things were working with it. They got my car maintenance taken care of super quickly and at a great price, and the customer service was top notch. They showed great care and we had some great conversation. Just came in for some maintenance, and yet again, there was Eli. Asked me how I was doing, asked me about my girlfriend’s car. Kai and Cody were some other friendly faces who helped out this time. Again, received great service and got a great deal for an oil change and tire rotation. This location is a couple miles further than my closest Jiffy Lube, but it’s well worth it, with the quality of service they provide and the care that they show.

I had an air filter and a cabin filter replaced. I did not have that much money to spend so they gave me a discount to fit my budget. The service was fast and they were friendly. I'm so grateful for their work. I'll go back there the next time I need to get an oil change.

Elijah was personable and proficient! He answered all my questions and shared some of his tips and tricks on how to maintain my car in the future. Elijah even had the courtesy of washing my windows and vacuuming my floors for me with no additional charge. As a single mom, that meant more than he will ever know. Elijah went above & beyond and I look forward to doing business with him in the future!

Two days ago, I accidentally drove over something on the road that ripped off my splash engine shield. The noise and the uncomfortable driving experience started to make me anxious, so I decided to stop by a nearby shop to get it checked. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick, easy, and convenient the whole process was. Not only did they fix the issue on the spot, but they also took the time to explain what had happened and how they resolved it. To top it off, they didn’t charge me a dime! I truly appreciate the honesty and transparency especially when they explained that it was a simple fix. A huge shoutout to Brandon P., Brendon O., Ken, Willy, and Cody for their outstanding service that day. I’m beyond impressed and will definitely recommend this shop to others!

Stopped by for a quick oil top off. The staff here was amazing with the service provided. They gave us good information and even cleaned all of our windows on our Denali and I mean every one. The men working today 2/21/22 thank you so much all of you don't forget us we'll grab some drinks next time we come :)
