Great service provided by a friendly and highly knowledgeable staff.

Went to vavoline first, they said they couldn’t get my oil filter off. It was very stressful and they sent me away to go find somewhere who could. Well, I did just that and everyone at Jiffy Lube was so nice, treated me with respect and talked to me like I was a human. 100% recommend. I won’t be getting my oil changed anywhere but this location in the future!

5 star’s for staff. Pro’s: These gents did an excellent job restoring my headlights, & seemed fairly quick/knowledgeable. 1 even cross trained another on something/seemed to make good use of time. CON: very concerned about work conditions, it’s 91° @1 PM, headed towards 100, & I didn’t see any cooling fan in theit work area! of these hard working folks. Glad there’s a cooler room nearby but they are busy working out in the heat. Saw the LONG road to recovery for my loved one, heatstroke, forced to work in over 100° in a building for a wealthy, high tech display biz last summer. In my humble opinion, management HAS to provide relief at all oil change outlets (& masks for spraying headline clearcoat.) I usually go to Tualatin Valvoline for oil changes, & they have winter heaters & I believe fans, (but they don’t do headlights.).

Fast and nice

I came in to get a 2nd opinion on my starter and alternator. AutoZone said my starting and charging system failed. Jiffy Lube said their test is more accurate and everything turned out normal. I love this place. Close to home too!

Convenient location

The staff here are knowledgeable and kind. As of 2023, the Tigard location is my go-to location for oil changes. I have also gone in twice for a complimentary engine light diagnostic. Stellar service.

I cant emphasize enough the professionality, expertise and exemplar customer service the staff at this location have shown me, Elija, the managers experience and consideration when repairing my car were beyond impressive, repairing my vehicle to factory specifications, while operating within the quote I was given, no upcharging, add on's or BS. I will not go to any other shop going forward.

Updated a year later (10/29/25): I called to check an hour before close if they were slammed, so I could come in another time. They said to stop by! They fully took care of my car, vacuumed a ton of debris off the inside of my hood (I parked under a tree downtown that was not so forgiving). Changed my oil and air filter so fast! Nothing but smiles and good moods from the crew. I got a piece of gum. Super kind of them. They asked if I had a coupon and helped me find one that worked. And a booklet of their coupons to save me money next time. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! The rain and thunder started just as I pulled up on a Saturday (3pm). Empty garages there. I was the only customer. Wasn't pressured into anything at all. I was 2k miles late for my oil change and they showed me my air filter that was extremely dirty and full of leafs. After seeing it for myself I definitely wanted a clean one replaced. They were awesome and both in the best moods, and smiling. I was given prices on the two different oils my car could use and for being a new customer they saved me $20 total. I was thrilled. Quickest oil change I ever received. 12 mins flat. They asked and offered to wash my windows and I just let the rain do it's thing instead. Very much appreciated the fast and honest service with these guys. I'll be back!

I rolled up 15 minutes before official close time. They were closing early due to lack of business that day, but they fired everything back up and changed my oil. Really friendly team here!

Great job, Jiffy Lube. I went on a Sunday for an oil change and there was only one person(I guess it’s Vincent) doing all the stuff with INCREDIBLE PATIENCE. He thoroughly explained of what the issue and helped me walk through what is required rather selling services. Will go back again next time.

Nathan is an amazing GM! Stopped in today with my weekend cruiser SUV for a yearly oil change. After checking oil and refilling fluids, Nathan stopped in and mentioned that my high mileage oil was still in good shape. I explained I wanted to make sure it was good for a couple of trips this summer, and he assured me that everything looked good, but I should think about tires before winter. I drove out at ease, and without an unnecessary oil change. Thank you, I will happily come back next time around.

Nathan the General Manager was super friendly and HONEST. I came in for an oil change and he could’ve just given me what I asked for. Instead he advised me that it really wasn’t necessary yet. My oil was full and clean. I appreciate that and will definitely be coming back for all my oil change needs in the future. Honesty goes a long way, thank you Nathan ????

My husband's truck showed low engine oil when I was on the way to work. I stopped at Jiffy Lube in Tigard, two young guys added a quarter of oil, and explained to me that it's OK cause truck just running high, it has 1,000 miles to oil change. It took them literally 3 minutes (though, I was the only customer), but most awesomely - they did NOT CHARGE me anything!!! HIGH FIVE! I wasn't even late to work as I thought I'd be!
