The guys at the White City jiffy luber always very professional very polite they treat you like family would definitely recommend this place

I initially left a one star review. As I had communication errors with the staff. I was called the same day by the owner Aaron. He solved the issue and gave me a more than generous solution. I am incredibly impress with how much these guys care about having a good reputation. It was great moment of realization that some business do in fact care about customers.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the crew working mid-afternoon on 2/28/26 — Erin, Joe, and Bean — for going above and beyond during a stressful situation for me. After being turned away at Walmart, I was already overwhelmed. From the moment I arrived, they made sure I was fully informed about my vehicle and what it needed. It meant a lot to me that they physically showed me my fluids before and after service — that level of transparency is really important. While we were waiting for my car, my aunt met up with me, and Joe even took the time to read the code on her car and answer her questions. That extra effort truly stood out. My overheating issue was resolved with the routine maintenance fluid change they performed. When I returned concerned about steam coming from my radiator, Erin and Joe calmly explained it was likely just moisture from cooling down my engine at the car wash. They still went the extra mile and put my car back up to inspect underneath, which made me feel completely safe getting back on the road to Prospect from Klamath Falls. Because of their care and thoroughness, I made it to my destination without worry. Their advice, patience, and kindness made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier for me and my family. They also earned another customer — my aunt, who lives in Eagle Point. Word of mouth is the best advertising, and my entire family lives in the Medford area. I’ll absolutely be sending them your way. And honestly? When my husband doesn’t get around to the oil change and I’m in the hood, I’ll be back just because of how they treated us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for having a team like this. My dog gives them two paws up! I get free oil changes at the dealership but I would rather come here. The cost is well worth the friendly and quick service. Took my Mercedes in to get an oil change at the oil stop in white city Oregon. And I talked to Erin she was so awesome she helped me and was also very knowledgeable and helpful that she explained everything so well it only took me a second to make my decision! She also made sure to answer any questions I had! She was great and so helpful that I was in and out of there felt like as fast as driving through a car was lol! I Recommend anyone that needs an oil change this place and hopefully you get an awesome person like Erin that will help you with any questions or concerns you might have!

I live in Central Oregon, but drive to the Medford area frequently. I will go out of my way to come to this Jiffy Lube. They have great customers service, always friendly and fast. They are professional and a great team!!

Awesome service!!! #1 customer service and they always do a great job when changing my oil. This is the only place I go for an oil change. They are compassionate, friendly and very kind!!
