The lady that discussed my vehicle with me was very knowledgeable and knows her business. The guy that put the sticker on my window missed my mileage by 100,000 but it’s just a numbered error.

Very thorough, quick, convenient. Everyone was very professional.

Today Seth found a considerable mechanical issue with my car that 2 other mechanics at other garages had missed. He was knowledgeable on the issue and gave good advice on my options. After they topped off my oil and transmission fluid at no cost, I was on my way. Highly recommend.

The team members went above and beyond for service from my vehicle. The manager personally helped me making sure I received the best service. The waiting room was clean and provided coffee. I observed all the team members working hard even in the moments of downtime they cleaned up all the tools and got ready for the next customer! They handled each customer with care and respect. 3 family vehicles are serviced by jiffy lube, these guys in altoona are the best! never a long wait and their customer service is unbeatable.

They took my car in almost immediately. I didn't have to wait long for the repair to be finished. The employees were very pleasant and respectful. I will definitely return there for any more repairs I would need!

They were so nice and when I left the next day when I turned on my a/c it was making a noise . They had me come back in and cleaned my filters and motor for a/c ! Thankyou

Only thing was that the technician didn't ask which grade oil I wanted. Just charged me for most expensive grade. Otherwise he was friendly. I was impressed how fast the service was.
